I was referred by a childhood friend to these people who only care about rushing through the sale and getting the cash in thier pockets , not yours ! they are not honest and even tamper with paperwork! sellers beware go elsewhere , somewhere where they have your best interests like they are hired to ! It's surprising because they came highly recommended and i couldn't be more disappointed ! they are good at fooling you at first, beware when it comes to a listing price go with your gut ! Never let them price your home for sale ! bad customer service they tried to force me into selling my moms house after they intentionally de valued the home ! they had a inspector they insisted i hire make a false inspection of possible toxic mold in the front bathroom Which was an outright lie', I happen to be a handywoman for a living the inspection report stated there was possible Toxic Mold in The bathroom Under The sink and I refused to Have it tested ! They did not want A solution they wanted a problem it became clear to me ! I have a Lot of witnesses that can verify what happened I had a person who has a hazmat background here when he came And did the inspection Also my roommate and my girlfriend who has been Staying with me Was witness to the conversations I had around being threatened With foreclosure right away If I did not go through with the sale , she forged the contract agreement into a signed doccument all Signatures on the contract Matched except For Mine the rest were all Done by the person Who filled the contract Out! The offer which I was Lied to about and harassed and I had just got Out of The hospital When They were Doing this , the house Is worth a million they posted it for 798 on line everywhere all Over the internet This is unethical it all started when i refused thier solicitation to have me Pay for staging and People to Come Clean, the staging was 7000 alone so I decided to do It myself and that's when Things started going in a bad way! These people are supposed to be moral and trustworthy they will be managing the most important asset you have! They have fiduciary Obligation to act in your best financial Interest' these people told me thier buyer was heartbroken, like they have a emotional attachment to The property , I'm The one who Spent My childhood here , I Need a good Attorney being screwed Over after Working so hard Is wrong just because Clearly she thought I was a Sucker and tried to Get over due to my lack Of knowledge! She should Be ashamed of herself! I Have not been able To find a solution To my problem with the home They tried to steal Instead of sell! They listed It for way to low making selling it for more anytime soon for More would be unlikely! Based on the old reviews maybe this team of Kate and Louise were good in their hayday but currently in our first impression meeting Louise seemed like she did not know what was going on. They were 25 min late, no call or excuses, were both esp Katie dressed down as if going to do yard work! Katie just sat there letting her mother grope for sentences, memory and words. At one point couldn't even operate her own phone handing it over to her daughter in frustration. We had several antiques and asked they be careful until we sold them. Louise threw her keys and purse on the table and was going to write a note on it with nothing under it! They both acted as if they were new and had no presentation at all. We couldn't get them out fast enough. All of their outdated info fell through as well plus they were going on vacation the next two weeks and would be unavailable. However, after the rounds of negotiating the price, you had stated firmly that if we could increase the offer, it would be finalized.
