Beware! The nurse practitioner for the Atlanta location asked me to leave the a good review before I had even started therapy. I forgot to though and now I'm glad I didn't. When they called to remind me to do a urine sample for Quest the worker spoke to me like she was a Nazi and I owed them something. I had been attempting to for weeks but was in dire circumstances housing transition that made it hard and on Marta. They sorta knew they were treating me bad so the nurse started calling me honey, dear, darling fake sweetness. They refused to tell me they needed my Medicaid just so they could bill a homeless woman on a fixed income that falls below the poverty level. My insurance company contacted them to see why and gave them my Medicaid information but they refused to submit the bill to Medicaid and instead keep trying to get me to pay it. I called Medicaid and they told me the bill does qualify for payment and they can pay it up to a year later. My treatment was within the last 3 months. I ended my therapy with them and reminded them that "I" am the consumer and that it's supposed to be about me getting HELP not HURT. And whenever the nurse did a therapy she just checked off boxes. Zero empathy and I always, always felt like they were laughing behind my back. I'm writing this now because after getting my Medicaid information from my insurance provider they just sent me the same bill we agreed Medicaid would pay, in my email just now. Beware! read more
