    I should have never signed up for insurance with Loomis. The only reason I did was because they are recommended for short term insurance by Blue Cross Blue Shield. I had stomach pain issues and tried to hold off as long as I could but they got so bad I had to go to the doctor. I called Loomis to ensure it was covered and was assured it was covered and my out of cost would be my deductible. They lied. They covered $115 and I am stuck with the rest. They said it was a preexisting condition and not covered. I mentioned how I spoke with a representative prior to going in and told him everything and asked what was covered and what he had said. I was put on hold and when she retired she stated some basic cover their ass law jargon on how what they say is not a quote and subject to change. gf.me/u/y8dpzu

    RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! After a year of paying $59 each month, these crooks only paid for half my crown and paid NOTHING on cleaning....

We paid and left the office insured for a new vehicle we were going to purchase. On 2/27 we called Progressive to cancel because we decided not to purchase a new car. When speaking to the Progressive rep, she mentioned refunding us $226. We questioned the $326 we were charged. She explained it was only $226 to begin the policy which is what they received. While I had Progressive on the line I called Adorniram Ins., and a young lady picked up the phone. When I explained and questioned the additional $100 charged she stated it was for Roadside Assistance. Once she realized I was on the other line with Progressive I heard her mumble "Oh Great here we go!" I was instantly annoyed and said "excuse me?" she replied "Oh nothing." Needless to say I was charged $100 for "their" Roadside assistance we weren't told about, nor given any paper work on to prove we had Roadside Coverage. We were refunded our money when my husband went into the office. The $100 was sent to Progressive and it will appear as a credit towards our monthly installments. Had we never called Progressive we would have never realized we were scammed out of $100 dollars. Shady! Shady! Shady!

The airline and travel agency gave us the same date, stating that we had to rebook by 12/31/2023 for a trip that could be taken in 2024. We have rebooked our trip for May 2024 with no problem except for TravelSafe. They state that the trip must be taken by 12/31/2023 and will keep the $635.00 that we paid for the insurance even though they provided no service and will not even give a partial refund. They didn't offer any compromise but told us that we could purchase a new policy with them for our trip in 2024. You have got to be kidding me!! I wish I had seen all of the bad reviews about this unscrupulous agency prior to contracting with them. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

Germany closed it's border to non-EU citizens. American Airlines cancelled our flights. We lost one pre-paid hotel and one hotel deposit. Our claim was only $680. We filed our claim online. When the claim was denied, TS's website wouldn't link our name and insurance certificate number together. They were very difficult to reach by phone. On one occasion, we even got routed off to one of their subsidiaries, TripMate, and had the pleasure of speaking with Attilla the Hun, the most rude customer service employee I have EVER encountered. On a small positive note, Ashley at TS was actually nice on the phone, but unbending as to any refund, even just the amount we spent to buy the policy. So, I am even hesitant to use the Insure My Trip clearing house for future trips. Our auto/home policy company recently advertised trip insurance, we've been with them 48 years, we'll use them the next time. My advice, stay away from TravelSafe or buy CFAR!
