But the 25 minutes I spent in the "tube" was very stressful. Worse than expected. They ask you before if you're claustrophobic - who knows until you get in there? I had the prone position (lying down) type. (The sitting option is better, but I read the images are not as clear for the doctors.) I declined the use of blinders - but later I realized I wish I had them on. It's a very tight fit. But the worst is the noises made when the images are created by the MRI. And the noise cancelling ear muffs don't help much. It would have helped if I had taken a sedative beforehand. Or, better yet, have a little wine. (You could drink it in your car before you enter the building.) I'll do everything in my power to never have another MRI !

I went online through my insurance web site and it was very confusing trying to figure out pricing because it showed the aver price of $1600 for the area but my first call to verify the price resulted in a $15000 quote, WTF. When my doctors office called to tell me that my order was ready and I explained the $15000 price quote and I was informed that's way out of wack. Thankfully she called me back with a recommendation for MDI and even called to verify a complete cost of under $170 for what I need, out of pocket mind you but I'm ok with that, she went way above to help me. The staff was super friendly and made the whole experience as painless as possible and out the door in 20 minuets. I would definitely stop back again becaus this was affordable compaired to quotes from the area medical facilities and my own insurance company with my co pay.

I think this should be advertised a little more, or if anything, they should offer an 8+ week scan, rather than 6 weeks. Since they didn't find anything, I had to reschedule a follow up in 2 weeks. The day of my rescheduled scan, I found out my company was closing and had to work super late to deal with the aftermath. I forgot about my appointment. I called later and they said I forfeited my appointment and won't get any money back and can't schedule for another time. The initial heartbeat scan was less than 5 minutes, so it seems a little harsh. Totally get policies but I ended up spending a lot of money for absolutely nothing. Love this franchise in Scottsdale AZ. but have had trouble with the location in Brookfield, WI…read more Even though I've been going to IV nutrition since 2019 and the location in Brookfield since 2022, the Brookfield location has had a high turnover in ownership and protocol changes. I never know what I'm going to get when I walk in the door there! I've never had any problems at the Scottadale location only Brookfield. I checked in and told them I had to use the restroom. When I returned they told me they needed a urine sample and that their system wouldn't let them give me an IV without a urine sample. Which would mean I would have to sit there for at least another hour and drink water until I could go again! The worst part was they tried to justify their actions of not getting the urine sample from me when I checked in and said they did nothing wrong. I recommend you train your staff better or you will be the next casualty at this location when you have to sell this franchise again! This is the last straw with this location. I will be cancelling my membership and look for a place where the people know what they are doing. The irony of this is that today is membership appreciation day! Not only did you not get a member, you lost one!
