In reading Alanna K's account of her experience I find myself nodding and knowing exactly what she means. I guess we weren't the only ones to experience things like this renting a property with you. Leasing with you wasn't always great. Maintenance requests regularly went un-actioned until I followed them up and unfortunately due to the age of the property there were many! Rent went up with each new lease and it seemed that with each rental increase, the service only decreased. Things were regularly half-done. The replacement guttering, the maintenance and updating of the courtyard. Again, not finished until we followed up multiple times. Potentially harsh, however, it does seem their mode of property management is set and forget. They don't deal well with tenants who are willing to fight and follow up for what is right and acceptable whilst renting a property. Communication from you about property managers leaving was nil and knowing who best to contact about our needs as tenants was never easy. While there were a fleeting few moments of promise from members of your team (Robyn mainly), those staff members have now gone and it's fair to say that we're probably better off apart.
