We got other quotes just in case and Peter was by far the most professional and cost efficient from the lot. We definitely recommend him and his wonderful company. Thanks Peter! x

After the last two years of rain, there was heaps of mould and lichen on our colourbond roofing. Not only did he clean it thoroughly but he also applied a safe chemical mould suppression liquid to prevent the mould returning too quickly. Despite the other yelp review, I can definitely recommend Dave and his off sider Nick to come and do a decent job !

INCREDIBLY disappointed with this company. I merely asked for confirmation about what payment…read moremethod they preferred and my clean was instantly cancelled. I have booked my appointment more than a month ago. According to the owner, Dave, he told me a month ago that he wanted cash. Now, because I wanted to confirm this a month later, he simply cancelled my booking as he didn't like the fact that I wanted to check on his payment preferences to ensure that I was ready when they came. I know! This sounds too ridiculous to be true?? I literally could not believe it. This clean was very important to me and to have it cancelled (too late now to book anyone else) , for simply checking on the payment method was beyond unbelievable and disappointing. I have no idea how a business is run this way. It would seem Dave would only do this job for cash(which I was happy to do) as he wanted to evade paying tax as according to him charging an exorbitant $320 (double what anyone else has EVER charged me) for a 4 bedroom house clean was too small a job to do the ethical thing and put it through his books. I agreed to pay this insane amount since I believed that this company would actually show up for the booking. I was willing to pay double for that reliability. Unfortunately I've been made the fool. If a company cancels bookings at will because a client asks for a simple confirmation of payment preference, I have to wonder if you can ever have peace of mind that they'll show up to the booking you made not matter how far in advance.

Out of all their suburban outlets, the Mt Gravatt Toyworld takes the prize for being the most chaotic. Bargain bins line the front of the shop and spill open onto the footpath. On some occasions (during mega sales), they set up an outdoor marquee with buckets of final line items which is definitely worth rummaging through. Don't expect to get much help from staff at this store. They're too busy ringing up sales. It's all pretty self-explanatory anyway. If a particular item is not on the shelf, then it's not at the shop. You would think tempers would run high between wearied parents, overworked staff and tantrum-prone children, but staff, customers and kids take everything in their stride. Parents didn't even get upset when I accidentally pushed in at the sales counter. Then again, they were too busy stopping their kids from pawing the $3 boy/ girl lucky dip - a clever shop strategy methinks to turnover nasty, unsold stock. That aside, I always come here to buy cheap presents - not the big birthday gifts but the $10 or under gifts for minor celebrations.

I also left a lousy review on their site. Well, that got a reaction. I have received a number of calls or emails from management who wished to resolve the problems I had had.
