The best pre game stop for those who bleed purple. Only reason I would give fewer stars is I can't buy more.

I have not used my card or shopped at REI since seeing this behavior. REI, what the hell is going on in your stores? Also, if you post a return policy, honor it. If the co-op disagrees, they would change the policy, right? Stop selling membership based on a return system you fight tooth and nail. Customers find another outfitter.

It says on the website, for the product defects, if your item has a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, you can return it AT ANY TIME, REGARDLESS OF THE PURCHASE DATE. They would not even going to look at the product to verify. They'll just say reach other the customer service or the product company. (Then what's the point of getting things through REI store?) Customer service said that the store manager Porsha and Chris were wrong about this and they should have known about their own product defects policy even if it's after 1 year from the purchase date (Mine was 1 year and 1 month after). Very disappointed about how the store Manager Porsha and Chris treated the long time customers. REI should give them a proper policy training so that they don't just focus on the 1 year satisfaction guarantee and be able to handle more complicated cases.

(They do all their buying in Europe.) it's definitely higher end, though I have also found some really great things on their sale rack. This is retail at its finest due to the personal attention. The owners are so sweet and very honest. (Plus, they have great taste.) They'll style you and happily bring you things if you'd like. I can always count on them - if something doesn't look good they'll let me know. I've also bought things off of their Instagram and they happily drop it off at my home in one of their gorgeous bags. That's awesome. I always leave with great styles & feeling cheerful. I have several friends who feel the same. .

It's a beautiful warm and humid day in Chicago and the walk was good. The place is very quaint and small but well lit for shopping. It's a woman's boutique specializing in European clothing. The major designer is Solar and I have not heard of it, but designs are suited for a dressier woman. Thankfully that counts me in as I work in an office where jeans are not allowed and it's conservative so the weekends I can go casual. Back to the store the sizes are European and the lady at the counter (I am assuming is the owner) was very kind to tell me that 34 is usually x-small, 36 is small and 38 is medium. I'm usually a medium but some of her clothing allow for a 34 when I tried on a pair of white slacks. It had a great fit, but buying white is difficult because the material may be more revealing than you might like. Her clothes has many price points as she indicated and sales from the previous season is 20% off. Her summer selection drove me to walk in full of blight yellows, pink, and orange. Do stop in if you're in the neighborhood and support local small businesses!
