Kumo has a sexy inside but who's sitting inside while in PR and they have a cool outdoor rooftop.. Ahhh, not us!! It was pretty full but we were able to be seated immediately at a hightop table, even though we were 45min early. The food was awesome. We had the Branzino, beef skewers, BBQ salmon skewers, and the giant prawn skewers. I have to agree, she said, they can leave the damn sticks, just cook the food..lol The skewer sticks were a pain in the azz to pull out.. Jus sayin! Our server was about business and not overly friendly I'd say. There weren't many servers so she didn't have time for any unnecessary chatter.. Lol There were a few items missed that I'd normally see at Asian Fusion restaurants. For instance, Rock Shrimp and some form of sushi, should definitely be added to the menu. All and all, it was an outstanding experience and I'd definitely come back because the views can't be beat and the food is pretty damn good!

Let's begin with the ambiance of this place it is dank and gives a divey feel. The most concerning thing about this establishment was the bathroom had no water and the bathroom was filthy. If they are able to have the bathroom present ourself that way I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. The food came out relatively quickly but was not hot, it was more lukewarm. The only reason why I even stopped here was because the restaurant I wanted to go to was booked up. I don't see this place standing for another year. .5 stars and I do not recommend.

Me and my boyfriend decided to split the chillo frito and we were beyond impressed. First off the fish was massive! It was so light and flavorful and not greasy at all. You could tell how fresh it was. We also got a side of arroz mamposteao which was the perfect side. My cousin ordered the NY strip with rice and beans and she loved it. She said the meat was cooked perfectly and she loved the beans. Our server was also so nice and gave us great recommendations on what to order and some places to visit and dance in OSJ for the rest of the night. What's great is if you opt to drive yourself there's a parking garage right across the street so it's really convenient. I would definitely recommend Muelle 13!

We were seated immediately then that's when our horrible experience started. Our server left and never came back. So, I decided to get her attention and ask her if we can sit outside to enjoy Ashford ave,s does and sounds of beeping and loud music. Lol. So she seated us there and asked if we wanted drinks, so we ordered drinks. A kind lady came up to us to warm us they have been waiting forever to get food and drinks then she walked up to the bar to get her own drinks. After waiting for a while, we didn't want to go through the kind woman's experience so we picked up and left Across the street for some great Puerto Rican food. I kept and eye on the seating we left and after about 10 more minutes she saw we were gone. The restaurant was empty except for the 3 couple on the patio with us. She seemed like we were bothering her for ordering. WTH!

I've been to a number of Sushi by Bou's locations in NYC, so when we noticed this Isla Verde…read morelocation, we knew it would be a good quality experience and decided to go. (For those unfamiliar, Sushi by Bou offers a mid-priced limited-seating/chef's-table type omakase experience, but not like, super old-school serious Japanese-style- it has more of a fun, modern vibe. The locations aren't standalone, but rather speakeasy style, nestled into some other larger space like a hotel lobby, hotel suite, coffee shop, or restaurant.) That said, this particular location really exceeded my expectations, and may now be my favorite Sushi by Bou location. The quality of the sushi was very good as usual, but the ambiance was even better than some of the New York locations, and the service was fantastic. The chefs were a ton of fun, and the cocktail menu is great. I particularly liked the yuzu honey bee.

I still recommend Sushi by Bou and think that the overall flavors are solid but it's a bit inconsistent and I also feel like they are working a bit too much with volume in mind- which makes sense given there's also a Door Dash option for this as well (omakase delivery is actually pretty good). Experienced sushi eaters may be disappointed and less foodie types will be impressed. I enjoy Sushi by Bou and eat it a few times a year.
