Heather is an amazing massage therapist and adjusts her technique according to whatever you need (as in deep tissue or Swedish/relaxation). She takes time to check in with her clients before every appointment to see where the trouble spots are and uses ice, heat or cupping as needed to provide relief for muscular issues.
