So I called all day no answer to see any appointment is needed no answer website still has current hours of 7pm or 730pm .I go in for sick visit at 458pm or maybe 5pm filled out form on on pad to be seen sat down no close sign or no more appointment available I'm next at about 535pm . And nurse or assistance said can not take any more appointments today .I stated I called all day no answer and hours are still showing as open. I was sick it would have 15 min tops sinus infection possible there was 1 person ahead of me they took in as soon as I got there so only me left not happy I have been to union and florence ky little clinic never had this happen sad read more

Over the last few months, I have visited this clinic 3 times (2 shingles vaccines and a COVID test). Each time, the staff has been friendly, helpful, and professional. I felt like they took time to answer all my questions, explain each procedure, and did a great (and gentle) job giving me the injections and the test. My first visit was prompted by convenience, but due to my experiences here, I will consider using them whenever I can. read more

Wow! This place has really gone down hill. I made an appointment with 2 doctors working however when they got backed up for over an hour, the one doctor refused to see me saying that only one person was working and they were training her. There were 6 people waiting after me. If I make an appointment, I don't want to wait for over an hour to be seen. I called to get results and they put me on hold for over 10 minutes and finally I hung up because she never came back to the phone. Very disappointing. I will be going somewhere else next time. read more

My doctor won't see me while sick because of COVID-19. Little clinic had me in and out and diagnosed in little time! The only thing I didn't like was walking through Kroger whole sick. Little Clinic's staff was very compassionate. read more

I went in on a Thursday morning with coughing, fever, chills. Thought the Little Clinic would be the place to go since Kroger is my pharmacy. I was given a strep test, and flu test, which came out negative. So I was sent home with a list of otc drugs to take. Did not help at all. Went to my doctor's on Monday (walkins allowed that day), she took one listen to my cough, and diagnosed me within minutes with severe bronchitis. She gave me a prescription, and was feeling better and back to work the next day. Several weeks later, a bill came from The Little Clinic. $130.00 for nothing, except a lesson learned not to go to The Little Clinic again. We have visited The Little Clinic on occasion for minor problems such as ear infections. I also had my son's sports physical done here. They were friendly and efficient and it's nice to have the store to browse if there is a wait. read more
