Totally unacceptable from total wines part as she continued to talk about the young couple after they left making jokes and laughing about them . With everyone else she didn't have somewhat of an attitude but seems like every guest she has to do an ID check with that looks young she tends to have an aggressive attitude towards them . She clearly needs to find a new job and not work with people because clearly working with people and managing others is not her specialty. Really hope the young couple who was able to provide ID and clearly over the age of 21 was able to get justice for this , and from my knowing and experience of working at a liquor store you never question someone if they say they are married , totally unacceptable from the cashiers part as well ( African lady with accent and glasses who is always at the front) if there was a way to place 0 stars in this place I would , never coming back after I seen how they treat people and how they clearly discriminate .

They're always stocked with my favorites, customer service is great, and their locations are plentiful! I can always count on this establishment to have my favorite brands in stock such as Crown Royal, Hennessy, Tito's, Patron, Grand Marnier, and more. However, they never have the rum that I fancy so much, Barbancourt Haiti Rhum. I always have to get it from Total Wines and more. Nevertheless, Spec's always come through for me keeping the shelves stocked with my most purchased items. I can never go wrong when I visit them. I also like the fact that they always have those tiny travel size Amsterdam Vodkas in stock. I love to buy them and give them away to friends and family as gifts and souvenir items. For some reason, it's difficult to find them at other liquor stores, but you better believe that Spec's will have them in stock in all the available flavors, which includes watermelon, pineapple, and peach. Furthermore, customer service is good! This was my first time visiting this particular location and I was impressed with its size, because most of the Spec's that I've visited in the past are really small, but this one was big. It was sort of intimidating, but the workers were friendly, welcoming, and inviting. I don't mind shopping at small business liquor stores but I prefer Spec's and never have trouble finding a location close by wherever I may be in the surrounding Houston area. Overall, Spec's is a big corporate name in the liquor industry that service the Texas area where you can find most of your preferred liquor brands and more! I've never had a problem with customer service at any of the locations. Someone always greets me upon entering the building and I'm always offered some assistance in finding what I'm looking for. However, there's one slight issue that I have with this company and it's the extra charge that is applied to one's bill when using a credit card. If it wasn't for that, I would give this company five stars. I highly recommend this location for anyone who resides in the Cypress area or visiting the area. You can't go wrong here.
