As newcomers to the facility, it was difficult to settle in because there was a lot of noise and distraction--many kids were yelling, not listening, and playing around in a way that made it hard for others to stay focused. The overall lack of cooperation among the kids made it challenging for my own children to engage and follow along. On top of that, the coaching could have been more clear and direct. During the obstacle course, instructions weren't always well communicated, which left me stepping in to guide my kids myself so they could participate properly. One positive note was Coach Aiden, who seemed to genuinely understand how to guide the kids and was especially helpful with my son, who felt overwhelmed during the session. I really appreciated the support he gave in helping him settle and participate. Unfortunately, once that support wasn't present and the class returned to a more chaotic and loud environment, my son became overwhelmed again and struggled to continue participating. I can see potential in the program, but a stronger structure, clearer coaching, and better overall group management would make a big difference for new families, like mine, trying to join KidStrong.

Katy Hustle has been highly recommended, especially by Coach Tony, the founder and owner of the new…read morefacility and basketball program that supports it financially/. The initial appeal is that Katy Hustle has its own gym that can host tournaments while other programs lease facilities.. The emphasis is on the older players while younger players are not consistently coached or supervised during practice. Its not a bad program, just that it could be better managed. Considering the cost, more attention could be paid to fulfilling the representation of excellence in coaching and customer service. No question that the gym is nice, but that is the only saving grace for this program until greater effort is made to build the brand of a player-focused program. Fortunately this is in a high growth area so as they lose clients more will come to replace them. The incentive to improve probably isnt there right now because it doesnt have to be there. In a another sense, I would concur that the excellent facility and the program that funds it is well named - the Katy hustle.

We're so thankful for the impact Coach Morgan has had and would absolutely recommend her to other families!

My girls have been going to Adrenaline Athletics for the past four years. They had been enjoying…read moregoing there and my older daughter was the one who asked me to let her join and learn gymnastics. At a monthly evaluation recently, her coach made her do a combination movement that she did not want to do and she let her coach know that. She did not have the proper training or safety to perform it on her own. It ended up with her breaking her arm. Another family member had taken her to class that day and I have asked for a written explanation many times from the school and they have not responded. I did receive a call from one of the owners saying that she did not see what happened and she hadn't spoke to the instructor, which was not helpful to what I am asking - why was my daughter asked to do something on her own when she did not want to and without protections and without the necessary experience to execute the movement. On the call the owner explained that gymnastics is unpredictable, but that is why the school and instructors should be training in a way to avoid injuries. Some injuries may happen, but when making girls do things on their own when they are not ready is not right. Now my daughter never wants to do gymnastics again. She has gone through so much pain with her broken arm and a painful surgery. The school's silence on this is disheartening.
