Khalil and Jenna gave us excellent service - we never had to ask for coals and Khalil gave us the best shisha combination suggestions. We had never tried hookah with an orange or pineapple either - it made the taste even better. My wife got spiced chai in a pineapple bowl and I got red gummy bear and orange in an orange. WOW GREAT combinations! The food is also GREAT! We had the chicken and steak lavash w/French fries - you MUST try them! The ambience is very laid back and peaceful - we will be back.

From the time I've come to the classic Lounge till now they've never treat me with nothing but respect. If I'm there by myself there's somebody there to walk me out to my car or at least to the door. In the back they got some good soul food so even if you scared come on in and check out some of them collard greens and the dressing on Sunday not stuffing but dressing on Sunday and whatever else they have to offer. The alcohol is a little bit questionable which is why I would only order wine here but I ain't never been anywhere at a hood bar as folks call it and didn't question the alcohol. You have your nice bartenders and some not so friendly but if they know you they will make sure you were taken care of. Unfortunately just like most places in the city nowadays you're going to have fights and carrying on but it's no different from anywhere else in the world. The food in the back is good so even if you scared come on in and get some of them collard greens on Sunday. Trust me you'll be happy. If you really scared come during the day when Shelley is here. She's epic out of all my travels of the USA. Best bartender ever but she don't take no ish

The only thing I really really don't like about this place is the bathroom. If you put aside the fact that it's small, it's extremely unclean. Tonight was not one of those nights. First no hostess so waited several minutes until we went into the kitchen to tell someone we were here.
