Not only are the prices competitive, but they allow you to wonder around, and sit on everything to test it out. When I asked how large different things were, the owner gave me a tape measure to use in the store, so I could measure the products. When I told him what I wanted to purchase, there was no "up sell". No high pressure at all. And when I asked about delivery he indicated, that because it was already in the afternoon, that it would not be until 10:30 the next morning. Delivery was right on time. At 10:30 the next morning, they were not pulling in the drive way. They were coming through my door, with the love seat, quickly followed by the two chairs that I had also purchased. Later that day I notice that the wood on one of the bottom pieces had a scratch in it. So I called, and asked if they have a furniture marker or something to darken the wood so it was not obvious. Again they sent someone out to see if they could color and buff the scratch. The service tech indicated that he was not able to repair it fully, and would be speaking with the owner about it. A couple of hours later, I got a call from the owner, who explained that they were not able to remove the scratch, but they had already ordered a replacement piece, and would come over and replace that part as soon as it came it. In the mean time I was told to continue to use the chair, until then. This is how a local business competes against the big box stores. Service like this, will have me coming back when I make my next purchases. You owe it to yourself to stop over and see the 4 floors of furniture and appliances that they have. And I do believe them when they say, "if we don't have it, we can get it". Awesome place. Should get 6 stars.

We were greeted upon arrival but they didn't follow us around the store, which I really appreciated. We selected our mattress and box. Julie asked me when we needed it, I explained to her our circumstances that we moved from Arizona, sold all of our furniture before leaving. She said they could deliver the same day. About two hours after our purchase we had our new bed. The delivery guys were great, they set up our bed and we were ready for a much needed good night sleep. I would definitely recommend Bob and Frans. I know I'll be returning.

Worst quality and customer service ever! We had them come out and put new mechanisms in them and then figured we would have to live with the fabric and cushion but THOUGHT at least they rock again! Nope made 1 worst then it was to begin with and the other one the same! Never would I buy from this store again! Also we purchased the extended warranty on them as well and still they have done nothing to try and correct the issues after the 1 time, they just threw their arms up and said hmm not sure why you are having these issues. As soon as we walked in the door, Courtney greeted us right away and asked how she could help. We knew what line we were looking for and asked if she pieces were in the store. She said that they were and walked us right over to the pieces we were interested in. She gave us information on pricing and availability. We let her know we were going to do more looking around the store, as we were in the market for rugs and artwork. She said to let her know if we needed help with anything, and she still checked on us as we looked around. She also helped us in finding chairs with custom fabric that we were interested in. We had to go home and measure and figure out how things were going to fit. We came back to see Courtney a few days later and she set up our orders for delivery! Courtney was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable about all of the items we were interested in! We are looking forward to our new furniture and highly recommend you pay a visit and see Courtney!
