Then, I only wanted to focus on getting my out-of-control beard trimmed and shaped, which was possible. Myolo took his time and tamed the bushiness into something more presentable and professional. The atmosphere with sports channels, etc. is not really my cup of tea, but I get that this might be rather popular among most customers. I liked the communication between the barbers as it seemed like they worked as a team. At the same time, I did not feel Myolo's attention was taken away. I was happy with the result, and I didn't feel rushed. Myolo took his time, and I felt I was not just another number. Finally, the check out was pleasant without any attempts for an upsale. I ended up being a beard balm anyway. Well done, everyone @ Founders Barbershop.

Hell, I even did a little test/research project and got my hair did by every single barber in the shop and never received a bad cut, even from the guys when they were just starting out back in the day. Every barber has their own take on their craft and style, but I always left looking like the fly ass fine specimen of a man that I am with a fresh and clean cut! Don't hesitate to drop by and become part of their family, because that's exactly how they will treat you. They will remember exactly what you like/don't like. They will take you from looking like a hobo to a well maintained gentleman in a snap. If you're ugly, they can't fix that, but they will give you a sweet cut that will take people's attention off your face.

I went in and was greeted by D Brown with laughter AND a smile!!!D Brown was very professional & friendly. When i took a seat in D Brown's chair, he took his time on my haircut. And the best part about my entire experience was the fact that he had a headrest! VERY comfortable! I've been to numerous barbershops in the DFW area and a lot of those guys didn't have a headrest attached to their chair which is painful when it comes time for the barber to trim your beard. But you don't have to worry about that at FADE GAWDS!!! There is a headrest waiting for you and honestly, D BROWN's chair was VERY, VERY comfortable! He didn't rush to cut my hair. D BROWN was VERY meticulous And he held a casual conversation with me the whole time!!! I DEFINITELY felt comfortable at FADE GAWDS!!! D BROWN was VERY professional and i DEFINITELY recommend that you stop by the shop when you're in town and see for yourself!!! The prices are affordable and it's all positive vibes when you walk into FADE GAWDS!!! I will DEFINITELY be back!!! See you soon my brother!

He did a good job, and again he took his time, tho for me he took a lot of time. A 30-45 minute cut took us 90 minutes. They seem to work a lot of fades and hair art here, I just want the old fashioned high and tight that I've had for decades, a style burned into me from my days in the Corps. He did well.
