This is our second time here. It's been 10 years and so much has improved and been expanded. The Level is the upgraded Royal Service of old. They cater to you in every way and the apartments are beautiful. We have 14 and 12 year old son and daughter. We have the 1 king bedroom, full kitchen and true queen or king size sofa memory foam sleeper couch. It is perfect for 2 adults even. Perfect accommodations. So many restaurants to choose from. The food is good, not great, but really good. The reason I say this is because I am spoiled living in NYC. We have the best of the best authentic restaurants everywhere. I wish they had Dim Sum here. Awesome people, concierge, drivers all over the property and will take you everywhere. Never have to leave the resort. Everything is perfectly clean and BIG BIG BIG PROPERTY. read more

I am currently staying here and the customer service has been ALL over the place. We booked directly through the hotel website and book The Grand Suite. They walked us to our room and it was not the room we paid for. Thank GOD I had been looking at the photos and knew exactly what we should have. Once we got in our room, it has been one thing after another. We have had to call them every night for something to be fixed or something missing in the room. Tonight I am up at 11:54pm waiting for wash clothes and we called at 7pm, 10pm and again at 11pm. The property is amazing. There is A LOT to do but I am BIG on customer service and we haven't been getting the right service. The wait staff has been amazing but everything that I have dealt with this room make me regret booking here. First our fan in the bedroom didn't work, then the door to the patio didn't open, then the iron was leaking water from the bottom and now no wash clothes and we have made 3 requests. Oh and I just found bugs in the refrigerator... UGHHHH This our first time in DR and we probably won't be back after this. read more

We recently returned from our trip to the Melia Caribe Level and I have nothing but great things to say about the resort and the employees. The only negative comment is please don't drink the water. My wife unfortunately was hospitalized for the last 2.5 days but this is not a slap at the Melia Caribe Level but a comment about the water in the Dominican Republic in general. Other than that the stay was amazing. Our guest host was Eddy Sambo, who did an incredible job for us. There were five couples staying at the Level and Eddy took great care of all of us. Eddy made reservations, made sure our rooms were stocked, reserved an umbrella at the beach, arranged birthday celebrations, decorated the rooms, etc. I cannot explain just how much we appreciated Eddy's service. Not only did Eddy take care of us at the resort but also visited the hospital on seven occassions to check on my wife and me. Eddy helped me communicate with the hospital employees and drove us to the airport on the day that we left. Eddy Sambo is an amazing man and the Melia is very lucky to have him. Every employee made us feel very comfortable and although communication at times was an issue, they figured out what we needed always with a smile. Dulce and Julio both work at the pool bar by the Level and were very friendly and accommodating. The same can be said for Carmelo and Christian at the beach. I am sorry I don't remember more names but I would like to thank all of the employees that made this a memorable trip. read more

If you're looking for a beautiful resort at a great price, this is your place!! The people are supernice and helpful. The English speaking is not the best but manageable. The food is great and there is a a ton of variety abailable. There is a lot to do on the property, beach and pools, activities. But there is lots to do outside as well, atv's, dolphins, horses. I like the water activities included, the kayaks, stand up paddleboard; scuba is extra, but the staff is really wonderful. All the snack bar & drinks are included & they restock in the evening and the following afternoon. There is no shorage if food& drinks& snacks in this resort! This is our first trip to the Dominican Republic so we have no basis for comparison. First the not so great...the food is pretty average which is pretty common for an all inclusive. The pools close at 7:00 and when you are staying in The Level the disco and casino are pretty far away and the lounge is hit or miss for meeting fun people, so the night life is lacking for sure. That said... The beach is stunning. Sugar sand, very little seaweed, calm clear water and plenty of beach seating that is shaded. Our room is perfect. Spacious, great air conditioning and a veranda with a comfy loveseat. The pool is large with many different types of swimming and lounging areas. There are activities and music constantly. The service is TOP NOTCH. No matter if it is poolside, at the beach or in the restaurants, everyone is friendly, and accommodating. Tipping goes a long way for extra special service and is much appreciated. The spa services are well worth the time and money. The family had several different treatments and they were all wonderful. Feeling completely relaxed and pampered. Everyone speaks some English although the level of fluency varies, but if you (like me) are trying to improve your Spanish all of the workers are happy to help teach you and improve your Spanish vocabulary. It's been a wonderful vacation and we'll be sorry to leave in a couple of days. I'd like to give a special shout out to Wilson who was our server at the beach and pool all week. He took time to chat, anticipated everything we could have possibly needed and has the most amazing smile and personality. We would definitely come back! read more

I just posted a review for "regular" resort but we stayed at The Level inside the bigger resort. Please read my other review as it will add to this one. All the same great stuff about my other review goes here as well HOWEVER getting around the resort if you're not saying at "The Level" is a pain sometimes. We got special treatment in the sense that we could flag down any golf cart and get a ride to wherever we needed to go inside the resort because of our wrist band. We also got priority help with a lot of other stuff. Free room service was also nice as well. Plus no kids around. Worth it if you're planning on staying here. read more

We went with a group of 11 people and although we booked together, each one of us was in a separate building which made meeting up very difficult. The resort is very spread out and getting from one place to the next is tough. They mainly rely on golf carts to take you around the property but good luck finding one! Here's something they don't tell you until you get there: the pools are only open 9am - 6:30pm and the beach closes at 7pm. And the pools are lit at night so it makes no sense for them to be closed. The worst thing about the place is the food. I expected a beautiful all-inclusive resort to have amazing food but what we found was terrible cafeteria type food. And the fact that they beam over having 9 restaurants is ridiculous because half of them are closed on any given day. And the room service... It takes over an hour to receive and almost always had the wrong food. Not to mention the fact that they stop serving at 11pm so pray you don't get late night munchies because you will be out of luck here. I will say that most of the service was good. The wifi reached through most of the resort which of helpful in coordinating people. The television was ify - some worked, some didn't. The rooms and grounds were always very clean. read more

My boyfriend and I went for a week vacation getaway and I have nothing but great things to say about The Level at Melia caribe tropical resort!!!! Check in upon arrival was super smooth and easy! One of the men that worked there, Franklyn, was extremely helpful throughout the whole stay! We wouldn't have done half the stuff we did if it wasn't for him!! Food was good, pools were nice and so was the beach! They also have a dancing and a DJ in the lobby every night which was one of the things I was looking for while booking. I loved staying here - the moment you step foot onto the property, you see how big and beautiful it is and you're greeted quickly. We arrived much earlier than our check in time but we went to eat and have a few drinks. Once it was time to check in, it did take some time but we finally got to our room, which was MUCH bigger than we expected and VERY clean. This property is HUGE and you do need the trolleys to get around. Thankfully we had a beachside room which kept us close to the pool and the beach BUT we always had to take a trolley at night just to go to dinner OR to hang out in the lobby where the majority of the parties were, which could be annoying at times since EVERYONE is trying to get up there and would have to wait for long trolley times however, we made due and it was fine. They could work on their food options in the buffets, while dinner wasn't bad, it was never really GREAT but the Sancocho (Dominican soup) in the Dominican Cuisine restaurant was FAN-TAS-TIC - if you want AUTHENTIC Dominican food, I'd advise to go to Langosta Roja on the beach which was absolutely AMAZING! I know when you are looking to book a resort you check out the reviews and try to pick out the ones to believe, who's being to overly critical and which ones are correct. PLEASE PLEASE do yourselves a favor and listen to this review and completely avoid this place at all costs. I'm not writing this review to receive my generic response from the hotel (I've already received many of these directly), I writing this to save another's travelers money and to ensure they pick a hotel that will hold up to its reviews and provide you with the beautiful relaxing Punta Cana experience everyone enjoys. Now the experience...... I have stayed in Punta Cana three times prior at absolutely amazing resorts (secrets, now lamiar, and excellence el carmen). I purchased this trip for my mother's 60th birthday, she's never been and poor thing experienced the worst of the worst. I booked directly through Melia, was never informed of the MASSIVE construction being done and told I would receive 900 in resort credits. Awesome, what a deal! Nope! These credits essentially mean nothing. We arrive at the hotel and to be VERY fair the hotel is probably functioning at 50%, the beautiful grounds are filled with construction, all of the fountains are dried up and smell. I booked the level because it was suppose to be the "best" which basically means we had slightly less horrific experiences than the other side. The resort is HUGE, we never received a tour and transportation around is difficult to get so we got so lost security had to find us. There are frequent downpours and the golf carts will leave you standing there or fly off laughing at you. The room.... the room is outdated and dirty. The shower and AC vents have mold. The electricity will go on and off due to construction. The water pressure is high then low, freezing then steaming hot. Your view consists of trucks and building materials. They have a room that just stores all dirty towels, sheets, etc. Every morning you awake to banging and screaming from the maids. The service... the rudest, most inappropriate staff I've ever met! These people are overworked and underpaid (believe me they don't mind telling you to guilt you into tipping more). You will wait forever for drinks by the pool, at restaurants, room service (COMPLETE disaster). Room service will give a sigh because we are bothering her with our order, that we'd wait over an hour for incorrect items. The late night manager screamed at me, hung up, came to my room continued to try to get me to stop talking, then took off on his scooter in the middle of the incident (Tommy), he never returned. The bartenders actually tried to get a car to take my 60 YEAR OLD mother and I off the resort, so so so so dangerous and inappropriate. The food... The food is absolutely disgusting, I'm currently still sick from it. The breakfast and lunch are the same disgusting options. Everything is undercooked or over cooked, nothing in between. The food is left out to collect flies and stored at incorrect temperatures. The wait to get into restaurants is longggg and you can only make reservations at one restaurant. They run out of many items and are running around like maniacs to wait on tables. The grounds.... the pool is dirty and when they do decide to clean it you'll be in there. The beach had a lot of seaweed and out of the 10 days I was there I went in once, I understand this is beyond the hotels control. The entertainment is horrible and the night club is in the middle of the bar. The other areas they had allotted for the entertainment/ club is being renovated like everything else. I emailed management/cooperate almost daily and I was offered a dinner at the habachi restaurant (this is usually included in other resorts), it was mediocre at best. A message at the spa which was okay, but overpriced if you ask me; I'd rather receive a great hotel experience then this massage. They then offered me a trip back and I declined; this is how terrible this resort is! You could not pay me to return here! They say the remodeling / changes will be done within 18 months, do not believe this. There are MAJOR issues at this resort. I still have not received any calls from cooperate or management so clearly they do not care about their guests or want to improve the resort. THIS IS NOT A FIVE STAR RESORT, THEY SHOULD FEEL BLESSED IF THEY EVEN HAD TWO! I know this is a lengthy review, but I beg of you don't make the mistake I made with booking this resort. read more

The Level - Resorts Near Me - Punta Cana, UM

I am normally not one to write reviews, however, given what we experienced at this resort I thought it prudent to warn others as I was extremely disappointed in this resort. My friends and I traveled here to celebrate a milestone birthday. While the service from the staff was excellent (special thanks to Jose and Juan for taking great care of us, issues were rampant: (Please excuse the long review but I wanted to be thorough- most important details at the bottom) 1) Room quality and property maintenance- my friends have been to this resort many years in a row which is why it was recommended, but they have had a recent management change which has led to cost cutting very apparent to guests. Rooms and the property are not at all well maintained. There is old furniture, fixtures, unsafe electrical sockets, cracked tiles, nasty bedding, dust and soot, rickety and unstable A/C units, broken lights, etc. throughout all three rooms we occupied. Cabanas around the property were coming apart and the toilets weren't working in two rooms. Trust me you will not want to step foot into any of the whirlpools in the rooms unless you're looking for a disease! All of the doors have settled so much that they have gaps at the top and bottom that are more than 3-4 inches wide allowing you to either see directly into the room or hear everything going on. This is also how bugs kept getting in. The patio doors on two of the rooms didn't close/lock properly. 2) Bugs- there were spiders, roaches, fleas in two rooms. I was the unfortunate recipient of being bitten by spiders during one of the nights. There were also other unrecognizable bugs which went unaddressed by management during our stay. 3) Wait time- they seemed to be EXTREMELY short staffed during our stay causing long lines in restaurants, transportation areas, check-in/check-out and other areas where you need service. We called for room service several times and they either took hours to arrive or never came at all. It also took hours when there were any facilities or housekeeping issues needing to be addressed. There were several times we called the front desk and no one answered so we would have to keep calling over and over again. 4) Food/Drinks- THE FOOD IS DISGUSTING!!!! EVERYWHERE!!! There were not as many restaurants open as advertised on the website. Many of them have been closed for months yet none of this is reflected in the price or any communications so your choices are limited- all of them serving the same subpar food. It tastes prepackaged and/or frozen. You're going to basically be eating bar food during your entire stay. Food sits out for hours at a time without being replaced. Drinks are watered down and they are inconsistent depending on the day as to whether or not premium alcohol is included- though it won't matter anyway- everything tasted like a slush. This was the second most disappointing part of the experience. 5) Kids on The Level side- we selected this part of the resort to be away from children during our stay. You pay a premium rate to do so. They were children running around bumping into people (literally) everywhere- restaurants, casino area, spa area, pools, etc. I have children so it is not that I have anything against them, but I wanted a kid free vacation and we paid extra for this. When we tried to address this with management we were told they were just "making an exception for the day." Six days later...there were still kids everywhere. If they're going to allow children everywhere then there is no need to charge extra for Level guests. There already are no resort included activities to participate in so it just added insult to injury. 6) Most disappointing is the safety/security: -One of the nights we were sitting behind buidling 3616 in the meeting point designated for transportation and noticed while we were talking that there was a man hiding in the bush area behind the beach bar. He was there lurking watching my friends. When we finally noticed him he lied and said he was part of the security team. We immediately went back into the room and called the front desk describing him and his clothing and were told that he was not a member of security and they would send someone to look for him. The resort is not well lit at night so this could have easily been a tragic situation for the three of us. Unfortunately you must wait outside for transportation even at night so it is difficult to keep yourself safe in dim lit areas. Ladies please be careful walking around this resort at night as it is wooded with overgrown greenery and you are easy potential prey for predators. -SEVERAL of us had our rooms/safes broken into and items stolen- in the building I was in there was theft of items in four rooms that I'm aware of. This is my second year coming to Melia Caribe and it is definitely a beautiful resort. However, the customer service is piss poor. The staff is not the most willing to help or hear out visitors questions/concerns. I am also convinced that the bartenders switch out certain top self liquor drinks with tequila instead. Ew. I mean, just give us low grade if you are not willing to spend the money on Grey Goose or Hendricks. My partner and I were looking forward to coming this year to stay in our gorgeous room with double shower heads and a king sized bed, only to find out that we were assigned a terrible room with two twin beds. When we went back to the check in desk they sent us on a wild goose chase that lead to talking to 4 different people with no solution. They didn't even see if other rooms were available. Not to mention, the pillows feel like someone stuffed cotton balls in a pillow case on this awful tiny bed. Very disappointed and will likely not return. If you want people to continue to spend the money to stay here, customer service is key. read more

Let me preface this review by saying I traveled to the resort for a family member's destination wedding from May 2 to 6th, 2018. In total, they accommodated 64 of my family and friends, so you would think we would be taken care of by the staff management. Unfortunately, we had to learn the hard way that was not the case... My family member's wedding / reservation technically took place at The Level portion of the Resort (Adults Only), however, many of the guests booked at the somewhat cheaper and non-Adults Only Tropical portion of the resort after the travel agent assured the group that the only difference between the two was the room type and location within the resort...but we would all have access to the same amenities and services as the rest of the guests. Obviously this would make sense, as when you have 64 people traveling together for a wedding they would naturally want to spend time, hang out, and eat together...right? Well imagine out surprise when a group of us were hanging out at the pool at the Level on the first day and management quickly approached us and said we needed to leave because we were not authorized to use that specific pool and pool bar area. We were completely caught off guard and told him our situation. It was apparent right away that he was unsympathetic and couldn't care less about us in general. He even brought a security guard over with him when he tried to kick us out! This made us feel like second class citizens (to say the least) after paying good money to spend celebrate our family's wedding. We finally complained enough to where he let us upgrade our wristbands only for half price, which still ended up being $200 dollars per person for the entirety of the stay. We also ended up paying for the upgrade for the rest of the guests in are party (some of whom did not arrive until the following day or the day after) and they said that they didn't know whom the payments would apply to, so each guest would have to come in the lobby to receive their wristband individually as they checked in. I don't even understand how that is possible...shouldn't there have been some master guest list with whom was associated with the wedding that way this could have been accomplished at check-in? On top of that, they insisted that we pay all the upgrades in full at that time as opposed to adding to the bill to be paid at the end of the stay. This just added insult to injury! I would like to say that this was the end of our issues but another one occurred the very next day. As part of the wedding package we were told to sign up for a catamaran cruise the next day (again you needed to pay in full at that time) when we came to the lobby to arrange our transportation back to the airport for our departure. It turns out the hotel booked the cruise for the wrong time, which conflicted with the wedding rehearsal dinner. Because of that, half the guests ended up being on a different cruise from each other, and again, the hotel staff didn't seem to care in the slightest at yet another one of their screw-ups. Very unprofessional to day the least! Other than that, I would say the hotel itself was mediocre at best. The food at the buffet and most of the restaurants was so-so and there were hardly any local Dominican dishes that actually might have been good. Instead they made a failed attempt at cooking mediocre American Style food that they thought their guests would prefer. I will also add that the transportation system to get around the hotel was a complete mess. There were barely any signs, which made it difficult to understand where to go. They had several "trains" that were supposed to do loops around different areas of the hotel once every 15 minutes. Needless to say there were times when we would wait a good deal of time and then given up only to walk for an additional 15 to 20 minutes to where we were going without seeing even one train! You were also able to call gold carts to come shuttle you around, as well, but they were also unreliable. Additionally, even though we had the "Level Wristbands" for most of the trip, you were only able to get medium or top shelf alcohol within the level area. At the tropical they would only serve well / low-grade alcohol without charging you an upcharge. I think paying an extra $200 for something that should have been free is enough of an up-charge! That being said, there were a couple of bright spots in between. The resort and beach area itself were beautiful and very well maintained. The staff for the most part was friendly enough, with a few exceptions. Roberto at the beach area was the best! He treated us like family and was overall a pleasure to interact with. They should put him in charge, because he obviously cares more about the customers than anyone we spoke to associated with "management" did. My fiance and i stayed at the level in melia for our anniversary. We stayed for a week. No where in the discription of this place does it say that people will be in the nude. We stayed in the adults only and even at the kids side there were topless women walking walking around. I found it quit disturbing that this was allowed especially infront of children. I am very angry about it. Not only were people topless. But also the live entertainment was the same people every night. The entertainment is not for kids or women. It is basically for men. The put the female dancers in barley anything and they shake there buts like strippers the whole time. I did not go to see girls asses i wanted to see a good show. Families got up and left in the middle if the show because of the provocative dancing and clothing. read more

We come here every year and the quality of food has always been high, but this has drastically changed. People continue to give excellent service, but the quality of food has gone downhill fast. At Level rest they have dishes in the menu but when you order these items are not available.also seafood stew is just fish soup. No more lobster, shrimp . No more Paella , or salmon. Just chicken and tough meat. This is everywhere in the resort. Transportation is poor, not coordinated. The management has to stop implementing cost savings at the expense of quality or no one will vacation here. Choose another hotel to spend your hard earned money! read more

I've been vacationing here since 2015 because of the excellent service, good food and all around enjoyable experience, but it's not at all what this year was like. The staff is still as pleasant as it was in past years, and going out of their way to make your stay a lasting experience, but it was the physical environment that was lacking. Two of the four restaurants on the facilities were closed, but even up to the day we arrived we were told that the Peruvian restaurant was open for dinner. Many of the restaurants in the adjacent facility were also closed, and on our last night there all but three of the restaurants were open, which made for long waits to eat. I asked several employees the reason for the closures all gave me a different answer, which indicates poor communication with the staff. The food portions served in the restaurants were small, even to the point where in one of the restaurants they gave us a double portion, and in another, American Grill, their "filet mignon" was the size of a silver dollar, and the piece of salmon looked like a french fry. Although this is an adults only resort, this year there were children in the resort everyday, and also something I had never seen in the past, guests were allowed to bring floaters into the pool, and in one instance these were boards with paddles, which made it difficult to get around them. Security was so lax in many instances, that nothing was said. I had one day when my room wasn't cleaned, and even after reporting it twice, no one showed up. I expressed my concerns to several members of the staff, and they explained that the facility is undergoing some changes, and that it will be under new management in November. I do hope that they're right, because as it is I will vacation elsewhere next year, and recommend to anyone planning to vacation there to consider other options. read more

Beautiful Resort, but lacks people's skills and good service. Do not recommend this resort to anyone. Takes 30-45 minutes to just catch a golf cart or trolley to get from your room to the beach, pools, restaurants, or shops. Do not loose a guest bracelet in the pool or ocean or risk dealing with front desk for 1 hour just to get a lousy bracelet. There is no room service allowed unless you upgrade to the Level, which is Adults Only. They kick you out of the pools at 6pm and beach at 7pm, when it's still daylight out. This is ridiculous because the whole point of vacation is to relax and have no worries instead this rush everyone out at a certain time. At least 9pm would be more suitable since it starts to get dark then. Going back to the golf cart and trolley thing. If the drivers don't feel like taking you when they're supposed to, they'll deny your request. Same rules apply with the trolley. If you need to go to the front desk Red Trolley only, Gabi pool and restaurant Green Trolley only, and Beach and Swim Up Bar Pool is Orange Trolley only. This was our first time at the Level and we would definitely go back. My husband and I travel quite a bit for business and for pleasure. We found our room to be incredibly clean and the grounds of the Level were beautifully maintained. The food was fabulous and there is something for everybody. The greatest asset the Level has is the staff! The pool entertainment staff (Mario, Juan, Wascar) were friendly and they kept everybody happy and laughing throughout the day. All of the service staff in the restaurants made it their priority for all the patrons to have the best experience possible. Our absolute favorite was Georgio who took amazing care of us by the pool. He was polite, attentive, helpful and an overall excellent representative of the Melia. One suggestion I would have for all visitors is to tip the hard working staff. A few dollars goes a long way with the employees. We brought down approx $250 in small bills (that took care of 5 days worth of tips for all incidentals) and used it to tip transportation, wait staff, housecleaning, pool staff, exercise class leaders and others who were so generous when helping us. I guess it shows that my husband and I both were in the service industry years back and I can always remember the kindness of those who appreciated our efforts. We found that many of the patrons never tipped but in spite of that, the staff still remained top notch. Upon our return home, we started looking into how we could have a family reunion at the Melia in the future. Can't wait to go back!! read more

Just returned from a 5 night stay at The Level and it was one of the best vacations we've had. They really take care of you. Check-in was actually relaxing - was taken to an air conditioned lounge that smelled wonderful, provided a scented wet cloth and their signature blue drink which was tasty. We were then taken by cart (these are readily available - we walked some but sometimes just taking the cart or train is well worth it just to not get as hot) to our room. We stayed in building 50 (part of The Level but not the adults only - no noise issues or anything, but it is a bit further away from the pool and beach than the Adults Only section). The room was wonderful - very spacious, good a/c, and the bed was very comfortable. My only complaints about the room would be the openness and use of glass in the bathroom - it makes it hard to have complete privacy and lack of wash cloths. Perhaps this is an American thing, but I am used to using a wash cloth with a shower - a luffa sponge just doesn't feel too good on the face or once you get a sunburn! However, I just had to ask the housekeeper and she kept us supplied. Constantly refreshed bottled water, rum, soda, and chips in the mini bar were good. Had breakfast buffet at the Gabi every morning which was good (they make really good bacon of all things!). As far as other food goes - wasn't very impressed with lunches and some of the dinners were lacking. At at the Gabi buffet the first night - if you like fish you'd be fine but for a non-fish eater the options were less and they weren't that great. Had the mexican place the 2nd night - very subpar food. Fajita meat was tough, and the chips were served with what I could only think was cheese from a soup can. Had the pay Hibachi restaurant the 3rd night - VERY GOOD - probably the best fried rice I've had at a Hibachi place - and the meat was excellently cooked with just the right seasoning. 4th night was Dominican - probably the 3rd best we had. And the final night was the Mediterranean place - highly recommend - everything was wonderful. The beach is beautiful and was a constant breeze which kept things nice and cool in the shade. There is some seaweed (stick like seaweed) but it wasn't that bad and they kept the beach clean. Never had trouble finding a chair. Adults pool is HUGE and so relaxing. The swim up bar is a great feature - we had too many cocolocos! If you are fair skinned - start using sunscreen early - and even if you are in the shade, it still seemed to get us. Check-out was great as well - picked up by cart and taken to the lounge. Wifi worked great - even on the beach. GREAT VACATION - Thanks again to all the great staff at The Level - especially Caseli in Guest Services. We asked him a quick question and from that point forward he remembered us everytime we saw him, helped guide our dinner decisions, and regularly checked in with us to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Wonderful resort...all people are curtiosy and friendly..food outstanding..clean...relaxing..fun ...loved everything about it
