To be honest i wasnt holding out much hope so late but one of his technicians agreed to do it and she came on Sat 23rd. What a fabulous job she made and what a lovely lady. So polite and friendly and very ptofessional. My cooker looked as good as new and all the mess was cleaned up. We couldnt tell she had been apart from the gleaming cooker. Would happily recommend.
