Summit Kids Academy has been nothing short of amazing for our family. From the moment we walked…read morethrough the doors, we knew this was a place filled with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for children. Every single teacher we've met goes above and beyond--creating a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment where our child truly thrives. You can feel how much they love what they do, and it shows in the way the kids light up when they see them each day. We have to give a special shout-out to the Director, Miss Kennita, who is the heart of this school. She is attentive, incredibly kind, endlessly patient, and always available to answer questions or offer support. Her leadership sets the tone for the entire center--positive, organized, and deeply child-centered. We feel so lucky to have a director who not only knows every child by name but genuinely cares about their growth and happiness. Summit Kids Academy has become an extension of our family, and we are so grateful for the love, structure, and joy they bring to our child's life. We couldn't recommend them more!

Tread lightly sending your kid to school here. My overall experience was not bad it's the way it…read moreended. The school outlines its policies when you sign up and structures it around what you want to hear but neglects to stand behind its own guidelines and proceeding the withdrawal of students due to neglect as stated in their own handbook. The owner SAM GRANT did reach out and was demeaning toward my wife regarding her concerns about what had gone around in neighborhood forums and the actions not taken on his behalf and the director of operations. He stood behind employees and acted as if it was a joke. When in actuality this matter is extremely inappropriate and as a business owner should know how to conduct himself professionally before his treasure of a success becomes a complete fold.

I cannot recommend this preschool enough. It is the best school experience we've ever had! My son…read morelearned so much. He is only 4 and is already reading so many words, doing math, etc. Ms Dana is AMAZING. Like I wish she could come with us next year and every year after that. She is patient, kind and just the best human. If you're looking for a non-religious preschool, THIS IS THE BEST!!!! I'm going to miss everyone's kindness and support and my son is going to miss them as well.

THIS IS NOT A SCHOOL FOR INCLUSION OF ALL CHILDREN! Very disappointed in this "school." I enrolled…read moremy son based off of reading a few great reviews and the recommendation of a woman running the Wellington Mom's fb page. It's very clear that she is very good friends with the owner, and bases her recommendation on her relationship with the owner. If your child has any special needs or delays, DO NOT even consider this place. They have zero patience, zero tolerance, and are borderline discriminatory against children with special needs. I enrolled my child over summer (and provided full disclosure about my child's needs), hoping he'd get adjusted and prepared for the school year, however there was very little structure, and the teacher seemed very inexperienced (i also never met her or spoke directly to the teacher once). I received a tiny slip of paper with a daily report that said he was "happy" everyday, yet they kicked him out. I offered to have him attend with a shadow or one-on-one (paid by myself with a background check and credentials), and the director had already informed me that they allowed this for another student, but suddenly they wouldn't allow this for MY son. She also informed me that two other students in the classroom were "challenging" and therefore they couldn't handle my child. Keira, the director talks in circles and Circles and can't get her story straight. I'm sure she's a good person, but she is does not do well with handling well educated and involved parents. I've now been waiting for over a month for a refund of my registration fee because they refused to allow him to attend. It's very sad, they are only a great school if you're in their click and your could is PERFECT. I'm actually considering a discrimination lawsuit, because of the unfair treatment my child and my family endured. Not to mention, most other preschools are on waiting lists, and we now have no childcare for our child, and both parents work full-time. We registered him in May for the Fall, so we were looking in advance and making sure to be prepared. I'd like to add that they have great social media sites on Facebook and Instagram. I follow both sites, and during the entire month of June when my child attended and participated in the weekly themes (dressing up for super hero week), they posted TONS of photos of the children from ALL of the classes, and my child is not in ONE photograph. That's heartbreaking for a mom to be unable to see her child in school, and then also to see my child is not included in any photos posted (I gave permission for my child to be photographed).

He was pushed off outside playground equipment from the other child and broke his collarbone. The teachers told my father upon pick up that my son was playing somewhere he should not be. For a couple weeks before the incident, he was coming home with severe bite marks, he started regressing in his potty training, and fell severely ill after being fed a bad cup. Their insurance company or school won't release the video surveillance showing the incident but the CPS agent already admitted to viewing the tape and agreeing to negligence. To my knowledge, those teachers are still employed and the child that bullied my son for weeks is still in attendance.

It's very unfortunate that my daughter had to be the one who was hurt at only 9 months by the cartake named Wanda. My daughter had 7 sctraches all over her body. They were caused by Wanda with either her nails or jewelry. Which was inappropriate to have jewelry... wearing rings on all fingers when caring for the infant class. So unprofessional. The scratches were from her face to her arms to her pelvic to her legs. I saw only the one on her arm from the daily pictures in the tadpole app. When I called to ask Wanda consciously lied saying she came like that. That was so alarming because as any parent or caretaker or human being can imagine that any scratch will hurt and will cause a baby to cry. This is a disgraceful person. It was obvious NO GLOVES were used!!! And she did not report it. It was reported to the director and an occurrence report was done what I was further disappointed was that the next day before dropping my daughter off I wanted to make sure that Wanda was not there and she was. She should have been suspended until the true story was told. I did not drop her off. I took off and lost a days pay. I want to also point out. That day the meal report was wrong as well. items that i didn't provide my daughter were listed. God forbid she was allergic. I immediately withdrew my daughter from here. She was taken to the doctor to get it documented and the doctor was very surprised about this. My daughter is well but I don't trust daycare places any longer. I don't know what the status of her is. I am hoping she is expelled. The fact that she LIED is enough to know that this is a person that is not mentally stable. She is an abuser because she hurt my baby and lied. Pictures are attached. Others are on her face but I will not disclose.
