They still are best friends with the kids they met at LF and my dearest friends are moms and the teacher who I met when they were there. When I found out I was pregnant, I was beyond excited to send another child there... she will start in the fall! Little friends is a cozy one room school with a teacher who loves these children. The kids have fun learning, playing, crafting and going on field trips! Parents/grandparents are asked to help out on an average of once a month which is fun for all. I can't say enough about this school!!

He went to little friends 26 years ago so how comforted were we to know that even 26 years later a teacher could remember a student and blurt out his name without putting much thought into it! I have nothing but praise for the school. It's a coOp so tuition is kept at a reasonable affordable price so long as there's parent involvement when it's neeeded, which is usually once a month. The schools clean, the playground is maintained and the toys and activities are routinely moved in and out to in order to keep the kids entertained. I can't imagine sending my children to another school. We love it and the teachers as well!

The overall school atmosphere is like something out of a fairytale. From pick up to drop off, we are greeted with smiling faces, kind students, friendly parents and an overall feeling of inclusion. Academically, we were impressed with the curriculum at the PK and K levels. In addition to his normal class schedule, our son has two special-subject areas each day; one being Coding (taught by the amazing Rachel Kaplan). All special areas are wonderful, but as I understand it, MFS is the only school in NJ to teach Coding (which is the future) at the PK and K levels. We are planning to start our younger son, age 2, into the PS program next year as he will be old enough to enroll (age 3) by September.

He came from a private school in Philadelphia where he graduated top of his class, and won Pennsylvania awards for musicianship and was head chorister at his professional church choir. He is also now an award winning pianist and composer. His creativity was saved at MFS by Ed Robertson and Rich Marcucci - just wonderful artists and musicians. Other than that no one else seemed to care about his level of musicianship. During his junior year we asked for specific help about applying to creative and performing arts schools. During College admissions night, the guidance counselors admitted to us they had no process in place for developing our creative students' porfolios. After checking with Westtown School, Friends Central, Friends Select and Germantown Friends, we realized that MFS was really lacking in their ability to help our creative children. After spending $16,000 a year on our son's high school education we were truly disappointed in MFS's lack of help for our creative child and also their lack of folow up after the college admissions night. They really had no idea how to treat college applications for creative students. They only seemed to are about Ivy League level students and had no interest in their creative students. We would truly like to know whether things have changed. If not, I will continue to recommend Moorestown High School or one of the Philadelphia Friends Schools if parents have a creative child and live in this area. Renee Jones

We are so grateful for Kiddie Academy of Delran! As a first-time Mom I searched high and low for…read morethe best daycares in the area for a variety of reasons: distance, school standards, quality of teachers, teacher to child ratios, cleanliness, price, safety, peanut free facility, and overall vibe. From the beginning I had a good feeling about KA! We knew we were going to have to send our daughter to daycare from the young age of 3 months, so I was not willing to settle. I would be lying if I didn't say it was an adjustment period. As a mom you know what you like, and when you're giving your child over to someone new, it takes time to become comfortable with the style of care. Again, first time mom problems! (lol) Ms. Mary was so patient with all of my questions, concerns, and everything in between! I'll admit, I can be an annoying overprotective mom. There have been a few incidents that have occurred during my daughter's time at KA, but Ms. Mary and the rest of the directors were SO accommodating to our needs. I can't say enough great things about all of the teacher our daughter has had so far. Ms. Michelle in the puppies is a seasoned professional and handles our girl with care at the young age of 3 months. Our daughter (we will call her AHK) learned how to sit up, crawl, and eat while in Ms. Michelle's class. Ms. Michelle is so sweet and loving. We love getting to see her everyday in the hallway! AHK then moved onto the cubs with Ms. Latoya. I don't have enough space here to talk about our infinite appreciation for Ms. Latoya- she has a true love and passion for teaching and made our girl feel SO at home during a tough transition. Shout out to teaching AHK how to walk up and down the halls of daycare! Ms.Carol was a pivotal part of our daughter's development. AHK learned some of her first words, lots of sign language, and many nursery rhymes while under Ms.Carol's supervision. Ms.Carol is extremely caring and patient and truly helped AHK come out of her shell. Without Ms.Carol, AHK would not have had such a smooth transition to the Turtles classroom. Of all things, AHK loved Ms.Carol's morning hugs! AHK is a shy girl, but Ms. Dynaisha has welcomed her to the Turtles classroom with open arms. Ms. Dynaisha has already taught AHK so many things, like sitting in seat during circle time and how to identify her feelings. Additionally, AHK loves squirrel watching with Ms. Dynaisha on the playground and all the fun art projects she gets to make in class! In addition to AHK's amazing Lead Teachers, I would love to give a huge shout out to all of the assistants and floaters. They ALL know Astra and show equal as much love and patience. We are so fortunate to call KA of Delran "home" until AHK moves onto Elementary School. *cue the tears*

As a new mom, I was very hesitant to send him to daycare due to all the negative news regarding daycare centers; however, KAD has exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for transparency, timely communication and caring teachers for your little one, this is the place. My son is now 2.5 years old and is thriving! He has surpassed all his " age appropriate milestones" and is such a well mannered little boy. KAD's curriculum is top notch while giving free play to the children. My son is so happy and I could not imagine removing him from this center. My daughter will be joining the center soon and I trust that KAD will care for her just the same.

So, here's my story…read more March of 2021, we registered to reserve a spot for our daughter to attend. We let the ladies at Chesterbrook know that we were looking to move, and made sure to verify that our deposit would be refundable should we move out of the area. A few months later, we did wind up moving too far to make Chesterbrook a viable option, and began the process of having our money returned to us. Fast forward to March of 2022, and the quest continues. We have called FOURTEEN TIMES, spoken to a dizzying amount of "Laurens" and even had the one person that was handling our request go on maternity leave. Think about that; the person that was supposed to see to our refund had time to get pregnant, began maternity leave, and our money is still not refunded. I have been told countless times that I will receive a phone call. I usually don't. I have called their parent company, Spring Education Group, who have ALSO ignored my voice messages. You can't leave a voice message at Chesterbrook, as their mailbox is full. We have been patient, polite, understanding and calm through this whole ordeal. The ladies at Chesterbrook are always very nice and respectful when we do get to interact with them, but it's obvious that once they have your money, you're no longer a priority. The school itself seemed pretty old and a bit worn when we took our tour, but because the staff seemed so pleasant, we decided to make sure we reserved a spot. (Another thing they were a hard sell on.....they made sure to impress upon us that we should reserve immediately, or the spots would be gone. Red flag.) If I had known communication would be so rough, I never would have signed up. All I want is my refund. My daughter never set foot in their school, yet they are holding on to almost $500 of my money.
