She comes home and is as happy as can be. The teachers work with YOUR child's schedule (infant). So my little one was able to still feed and sleep at the times she was when she was home for me. Additionally, while the Goddard is pricey, I was able to talk to the owners and work something out with them. They went above and beyond to keep us there and work with our budget. We were eventually offered a spot on base (my husband is active duty military), which would have been a lot cheaper but ended up declining it because we just felt like our little one was thriving at the Goddard. I like that they do things like the Winter Wonderland, Parents Night Out, ect. Additionally, the security at the Goddard is top notch. Not only do you need a code to get through the front but it also requires a fingerprint. I would absolutely suggest checking this place out if you're looking for daycare!

She psychologically and emotionally abused my child, she isolated her and would not allow her near other children her age and instead had her in a separate classroom with the babies! The room stunk of dirty diapers at all times! She extremely rude and will lie to feed her narrative! DO NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILDREN HERE PLEASE! After transferring my children to another daycare, I learned that several of the employees left as well as other parents pulled their children out and moved them when she purchased this establishment a couple of years ago. She's disrespectful, negligent and a pathological liar! I hope they shut this place down! 'm reporting to the BBB next!

Our daughter's first day at daycare started off with promise--we received updates throughout the…read moreday and felt hopeful about our choice. Unfortunately, that feeling changed completely at pickup. When we arrived, we walked to her classroom and noticed the children were outside on the toddler playground, with the door propped open by a foam block. As we approached, we witnessed a teacher forcefully grab another child by the arm. That moment immediately raised serious concerns. We went outside right away to find our daughter. The staff member supervising the group was not her usual teacher. The supervising staff member appeared to be very overwhelmed watching the young children. When I located her among the other children, her face was very red and there was a visible mark on her arm that resembled a handprint. I picked her up and we left immediately. Before leaving, I stopped at the director's office to report what we had seen. I was told there are no cameras covering the outdoor area. What a huge liability! I requested a refund and we will not be returning. This experience was deeply upsetting, and I would strongly urge other parents to carefully consider their options.

Their office staff are nasty and harass parents and discuss inappropriate topics in front of the young students and other families. No privacy or discretion. Their director is no where in site, she's literally not there or hides in the office and never comes out to say hi. Bring Kelly back! The employees are inappropriate. And the quality of the art and work sent home with the kids nosedived, we trash 80% of it whereas we used to save and frame it all. The teachers are very sweet, and they carry this facility on their backs. The level of disrespect and discrimination we've faced makes me sick. The admin staff has us to the point where we are thinking we might switch when we can get in someplace better. The facility is dirty half the time anymore and always smells like a dirty diaper. Our youngest constantly comes back in a dirty diaper like they haven't been checked! And we really only stayed hoping the quality would level out and get back to where it was, but it hasn't. Crème is not worth anything they charge and after our oldest was significantly injured onsite (conveniently off camera) and the staff dodged us (but we handled things calmly), we are looking into our options for that incident and we would never recommend going here. Save your money. They're soulless. I would be interested in a pathway to a better experience and solution for our child's previous injury, but I do NOT want to deal with the RM for this site. So, I will not share my information if that's who will contact me, I'd prefer higher up at this point.

So, here's my story…read more March of 2021, we registered to reserve a spot for our daughter to attend. We let the ladies at Chesterbrook know that we were looking to move, and made sure to verify that our deposit would be refundable should we move out of the area. A few months later, we did wind up moving too far to make Chesterbrook a viable option, and began the process of having our money returned to us. Fast forward to March of 2022, and the quest continues. We have called FOURTEEN TIMES, spoken to a dizzying amount of "Laurens" and even had the one person that was handling our request go on maternity leave. Think about that; the person that was supposed to see to our refund had time to get pregnant, began maternity leave, and our money is still not refunded. I have been told countless times that I will receive a phone call. I usually don't. I have called their parent company, Spring Education Group, who have ALSO ignored my voice messages. You can't leave a voice message at Chesterbrook, as their mailbox is full. We have been patient, polite, understanding and calm through this whole ordeal. The ladies at Chesterbrook are always very nice and respectful when we do get to interact with them, but it's obvious that once they have your money, you're no longer a priority. The school itself seemed pretty old and a bit worn when we took our tour, but because the staff seemed so pleasant, we decided to make sure we reserved a spot. (Another thing they were a hard sell on.....they made sure to impress upon us that we should reserve immediately, or the spots would be gone. Red flag.) If I had known communication would be so rough, I never would have signed up. All I want is my refund. My daughter never set foot in their school, yet they are holding on to almost $500 of my money.

Sadly, in under six weeks, our experience became extremely stressful and heartbreaking. From the start, we received repeated negative feedback about normal toddler behaviour. One bathroom accident was described to us as "the worst in six years." We were told his removing his shoes in class (normal in our home) was a problem rather than something to be understood. On his first full day, because he didn't nap, we were encouraged to move him to half days. By the end of the month, his teacher suggested he might be "better off returning next year." Shortly after, we were informed that our son was on "strike 5" due to having more bathroom accidents than the school allows. This was devastating especially because he had just undergone umbilical hernia surgery and was on a doctor-prescribed daily laxative, which caused temporary loss of bowel control. Once we realized how serious it had become, we immediately provided doctor's notes and full transparency. Instead of compassion, we felt pressure and judgment. Our son began feeling uncomfortable approaching staff when he needed help, which no child especially at this age should ever feel. We did not choose to withdraw him. We felt pushed out by policies that allowed no grace for a child healing from surgery. The emotional toll on our family was overwhelming. A faith-based school should lead with patience, understanding, and care. Sadly, that was not our experience. I share this so other parents can make an informed decision.
