We have 2 little boys, 1 of whom has medical needs, and both of our boys loved Primrose as much as we do. The teachers, administration, and staff here are amazing! They've bent over backward to make sure the kids have the best experience possible, that all their needs are met, and that they are safe and well cared for. They are also so incredibly responsive! As the parent of a child with medical needs, I was especially impressed with the cleaning regimen and standards pre-covid not to mention all the additional safety measures and systems added since the pandemic started. The quality of the education is also great - both pre-school and pre-k curriculums and instruction. Both of my boys were well prepared for Kindergarten. In addition to the top quality of care, I always loved all the extras they threw in. They have special activities throughout the month, water-play outside in the summer, special holiday events in the winter, and even special covid-friendly parades and graduations! Plus festivals, competitions where the kids vote for each other's work, fan mail Friday (a chance for your kids to get "mail" in their classroom) and so much more! My youngest has been in Kindergarten since the Fall, and while it's been great, we truly miss Primrose - they're the best!

They sparked a love of writing for her and she would come home wanting to practice writing her name and other words. The Clubhouse is a beautiful and clean building with well-equipped classrooms and stations for kids to play and learn in. The location is very convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food served is nutritious. The playground area is spacious and has nice equipment. Emails and app updates provide news and photos for parents so we can see what happened during the day and what is coming up.

I'm writing this review two years after my child attended this facility…read more I've come back to say that I can not recommend this business. We transferred our child to Bright Horizons when we first moved into the area. Our child had no issues at his previous daycare before coming to Bright Horizons. But our child was kicked out of Bright Horizons WITH NOT A SINGLE DAY TO TRANSITION TO ANOTHER DAYCARE OPTION because our 2 year old child who is diagnosed as mildly autistic liked to play with doors. My wife and I both work so this was a major issue for us. If that sounds reasonable to you then by all means, feel free to come to this place. Be aware that what happened to my family may happen to you. Most kids are not diagnosed with autism till they are older - like 3 or 4 years old so this businesses inability to cope may be a problem for you. To be blunt though, I don't think the issue was with our child. We found another daycare two blocks away on short notice who took our child and had absolutely no issue with them. They in fact offered to take them on a permanent basis after several weeks. We like the new place but decided to transferred to another daycare who supported special needs kids in Raleigh. Our child's new teacher loved our son so it all worked out for the best. To summarize: - Three schools had no issue with our child and this one throws him out with no ability to transition. - The staff that had an issue with my child are still showing up on their web site as of this posting. - The the level of empathy and professionalism demonstrated at this business is, in my opinion, lacking. Buyer beware.

My child is still in the youngest class for now, but every staff member knows her by name and compliments her constantly. The staff is super sweet and nurturing, and we love the owners and director! I was referred here by a friend who's daughter has been here for years, and I'm so thankful for the recommendation. It's a great location on 55 in Cary near High House. And I love it because it's a 5 star school, but you can tell the children are there to be children and to have fun, while learning and being in a safe and clean environment. While we were searching for day cares, I kept touring all the corporately owned places like Primrose and Bright Horizons, you can tell they look good on paper, but the staff doesn't seem to work there because they're passionate about it. It's just a job to them. I love that Bright Beginnings is a smaller ratio classrooms, family owned by educators, conveniently located, and lastly SAFE school for my child. We will be here until Kindergarten!

Both of our children have thrived academically and socially thanks to the school's strong focus on individualized instruction. This was especially important for our son, who advanced two grade levels in math with full support from his teachers. The grade-level and specialist teachers are outstanding, and the chance to study both Spanish and Mandarin throughout elementary school is truly unique. Our daughter entered middle school at Ravenscroft well prepared for advanced Spanish, math, and ELA - a testament to Chesterbrook's excellent foundation. Beyond academics, our kids look forward to school each day, have made great friends, and benefit from a real sense of community. We also value the global perspective, with flags in the gym representing families' countries of origin. The administrators and staff know every child and genuinely care.

The center is bright, open, and welcoming with a happy, cheerful atmosphere that's comforting to both kids and parents. We've absolutely loved the teachers - it's been great to see the true care, concern, and commitment they have for our kids. We love that staff turnover is low and the personal relationships the management and teachers develop with kids and parents allows for easy and quick communication. Our kids have really enjoyed Wednesday Spanish classes, the special activities like puppet shows, dance classes, musicians, and science experiments. In the summers, our kids have enjoyed playing on their splash pad on Fridays and watching veggies grow in the raised bed garden in the back. We love that Kiddie Academy of West Cary has received national recognition from the Kiddie Academy franchise - even with more than 200 locations across the country, this branch's director and teachers have won national awards. My son started in the infant classroom about 4 years ago and we now have all 3 of our children enrolled on a full-time basis. We are pretty particular about things (I can totally picture the staff chuckling as they read this! :), so having all of our kids enrolled here is saying A LOT! We definitely had many options when it came to childcare, but by far, this was the best choice for our family. Each day, as we walk through the doors, we are always warmly greeted with smiles and by our first names. The level of transparency and communication has always made us feel at ease and the best part is receiving all the pictures/videos of our kids' smiley faces while they are having a dance party, playing with instruments during music, learning new words and songs in Spanish, playing soccer or just having a blast with their best buds. We also enjoy being able to check-in on the camera feed when we are missing them during our busy work day. The teachers are beyond amazing... fun, creative, loving, the list goes on... and they won't ever hesitate to go the extra mile for their students! We've seen so much growth in our children, both on a social and academic level and I know for sure we owe a lot of it to the care and education they are receiving at KA. We also found that the administration's willingness to be flexible and accommodating to our specific needs to be invaluable. If you are looking for a well rounded pre-school with exceptional teachers, competent and involved admin team, and an environment where your little one(s) can have fun and thrive, look no further! Special shoutouts to the awesome owners, Deepak and Taisha - Thank you for creating a haven where our kids can feel safe and right at home! Ms. Christina, Ms.Tracy, Ms. Meredith, Ms. Kathy and all of the wonderful teachers at KA - You are an absolute DREAM TEAM, thank you for all that you do and for loving the kids like they are your own!

As you can imagine, this was quite unsettling. I went through the interview patiently. I was told that the complaint was done by the Goddard School. The complaint was that I take walks with my younger child, without taking my elder child with me, and this was suspicious. I had been doing this for more than a year. So what had happened? What had happened a few days before that was that I had a disagreement with the director. The CPS officer, after satisfying herself by asking me all kind of questions, told me that they have received complaints like this in the past. Based on their feedbacks, they have realized that Goddard is very nice to the parents at the time of enrollment. A year or two after that, on any disagreement, they use one parent against the other. Or if they don't like something about you, they complain to the social service, on some pretext. By this time , the parents cannnot make the children go through a disruptive change, by changing the school. The school is obviously expert in human behavior, and has calculated this in its "art" of keeping the parents in check. The parents then start "working with" the school. She finally told me that the CPS service check is routine, and she will get back. The service was called off in about a month and a half. It was not actually called off. Only when I checked back with them, I received a mail stating "no services required". Needless to say, that month and a half, I was fighting with my own worst fears. I just prayed this to go away. I do not wish that this school happens to you.
