It did not have a self checkout and the selection was minimal (only one type of small trash bag and low candy selection) however the service was friendly and helpful and we were in and out quickly. Sprouts as a company is great for pantry items but tends to be only a last or local option for me, as their produce is not very fresh and their selection is smaller than either a Safeway or Whole Foods. If Trader Joes is known for their freezer section then Sprouts is where you come for dry goods. But that being said, I don't often use dry goods, so we were only able to pick up a couple items on our list at Sprouts before having to head to Target so we could call it a day.

There have even been times when employees were busy stocking shelves, yet they stopped what they were doing and willingly helped me find what I was looking for. They're filled with an array of fresh food and drink, you can grab and go if you're in a hurry. The shelves were brightly lit, easy to access, and there was a great selection.. It was really convenient, because I only wanted a soda, for my drive home. I spotted a brand on sale, so I bought two! I found an empty checkout lane, and was out the door in a flash. I never knew a trip to Whole Foods could happen so quickly. Color me impressed!

Ambience was questionable today there was a guy walking around hacking and blowing his nose, glad I got out when I did.
