Every step of the way, Bryce M., our main contact, kept me informed of the progress. If they ran into challenges, we figured out the best path to move forward. He was on top of everything! But a great plumber is only good if you can get a response from them. I've been dealing with him for several years now. Consistently I've had to message repeatedly, call repeatedly. On occasion - as the first time I contacted him probably in 2023 - he answers the phone himself, and provides info on what he thinks the problem is. And he does phenomenal work. After a few years of being a good customer, patient, paying on time, never objecting to pricing, I **STILL** cannot get a response from him. One issue is that he's a one man show. It's him, or no one. His wife is lovely and accompanies him at times. Very knowledgeable herself. About 4 weeks ago I initiated contact and he responded immediately via text. Great, I thought. Then nothing. After a few more messages checking in, he said there was a family medical situation. I gave him space, and here we are two weeks and yet another text message to him later, and nothing. Nada. And still a leaking well tank. C'mon. Do better. We are done, hope you sort yourself out with other customers - I've seen several other people have had the same experience.

She knew I was coming in to pick it up at this specific time, but I figured as long as she could steam out the wrinkles I wouldn't make an issue of it. I noticed that the hem wasn't even but the skirt part of the dress was pleated and I had shoes that would likely make it not look so uneven so I didn't mention it. When I tried it on, it was too tight on the top and not well altered in the bust, the dress had ripples in the bust area that were not there when I dropped it off. The seamstress kept saying "we didn't do anything to that part of the dress" over and over. Ok, but she did alter the shoulders and waist parts which will affect how the bust lays. That's just plain common sense, I'm not a seamstress but what she was claiming made no sense at all. I wasn't in a mood to argue with her and didn't trust her to actually fix the problem she created because she kept denying it was an actual problem, so I just left. $70 later, which I find a ridiculous price for what she did, and I have to take it somewhere else to fix her mistakes. She seemed curmudgeonly and acted like she didn't really care, even when I dropped the dress off. She was more interested in her tv playing the 700 club, and boasting about a cruise she will be taking in a few weeks. She's an older lady, maybe it's time for her to retire.I'm so upset, as if I didn't have enough stress because of the upcoming wedding in 3 days, now I have to add this back on my to-do list. I don't recommend this shop, and certainly won't be taking any more clothing to be altered.

In every case they have responded promptly (that, in and of itself is unique) and their work is excellent. Most recently the water heater they installed started leaking after about 5 years. It was leaking internally and through no fault of the installation. I contacted Cardinal to ask about the warranty and was told it was still in effect. According to the manufacturer the warranty only covered the cost of replacing a faulty heater. After the new one was installed Keith told me that there was no labor cost as well and that a new water heater should not have had any problems this early on. That was completely unexpected. They are truly a rarity in today's world.

We contacted Don for another estimate. His estimate was much better than the first and we were much more confident after talking with Don and Dustin and we were proven right. They installed stainless steel inserts and installed a fireplace insert. They were professional, always on time and did a great job. They had to remove one of the old linings and when they were finished, they left everything cleaned up and left no mess. We'll have them come back for sure. We'd highly recommend them.

She was told it would take about 4 hours and would cost between $600-800. The work was completed in less than 2 hrs but he still charged $750 and did not even provide a receipt/invoice for the work. Also needing her chimney swept and seeing info on the truck that they also did that, she asked to have that done. They did not sweep the chimney, but did tell her the chimney was unsafe to operate and that it needed repairs and wrote a repair estimate of $6,200. That is when she asked for my help. I called and texted Regan to discuss/understand the quote. At this point I did not even know about the dryer vent debacle. I had to leave a message and they did not return my call or respond to my text, so I contacted another company (the ones that had just swept my chimney) to conduct an inspection. Days later, while at her house waiting for the other company to arrive to inspect her chimney (on 23 Sep), I called Regan again, but again had to leave a message. I got a call back very shortly. I was told they would look into the estimate and get back to me. They never did. The bottom line was that they had not even swept the chimney to be able to see that/if the chimney was cracked/unserviceable. The other company swept the chimney and conducted a thorough examination and determined that the chimney did NOT need ANY repairs/work whatever and was perfectly safe (and now clean) to operate. I again contacted Regan, on 4 Oct, 11 days later, saying I was making one last attempt (as I had repeatedly been unsuccessful) to discuss the quote (and now the dryer ripoff), and would 'take this up as necessary with any other official or feedback/review entities'. The response was '...I told you I was extremely busy.....I don't appreciate the tone....you are not my customer.... I STRONGLY advise you NOT do business with this company. Beware... It is not nice to take advantage of an 84 yo widow!!! shame shame...not to mention to fail to respond to an inquiry about an estimate already provided (and work performed)...

Jose has been here since to perform whatever yard tasks we need done. This includes mowing the grass (edging and cleaning up); re-defining areas of mulch beds; planting plants and shrubs, trimming branches; and sometimes taking down small trees. My wife appreciates Jose's help with her gardening projects, especially his willingness to help her design and build new and sometimes uniquely shaped flower beds around the yard. She also appreciates that he takes his time and seems to have infinite patience in the process. Jose is a conscientious hard worker with a sense of humor as well as a desire to help us find the right products for the right applications. He arrives on time or communicates any delay well in advance. We appreciate that Jose pays attention to details and has the desire to get things done the way we requested. Sometimes he has an even better idea about something. At times, Leticia, Jose's wife, will come and work with him. She is equally a delight to have around and is also a hard worker who pays attention to detail quietly and methodically. Last summer she came and did a great job putting down mulch in my wife's many flower beds and helped her in general cleaning up debris in one large garden area. He offered to drill couple of holes in the J-Channel around the window frame as this was the problem for the leak and did not charge me for it. I am going to have him fixing couple tiles because it is rare to find someone who is willing to do something for free as it only took him a minute to drill the holes but he did have to figure out the problem for the leak. As an Army veteran, he certain possesses the integrity of a soldier as he could definitely charged me a lot of money by exaggerating the leak problem. Certainly would recommend him and will use him for all my minor home projects.
