Furthermore, their bathroom is now out of order, which makes it extremely difficult when you need to be in there for longer periods of time to complete your laundry. The owner is also unresponsive regarding broken machines/refunding your money. I contacted the owner regarding a $5 refund due to a dryer that stopped working after I had already paid. He made me jump through hoops, saying that I had to download the laundry boss app in order to get a refund. Once I did that he told me I would have to scan a machine to process a refund. Once i did EVERYTHING that he asked, he became unresponsive and I never received a refund. I have spent over $500 in this place since September, and it is really crappy that I was treated this way.

I was disappointed that they didn't have a dispenser for laundry soap (as I don't pack that for vacation), but another customer had left their soap and I helped myself (hoping that they'd be back before I left so I could pay them for the little amount I used). This laundromat is in the main drag and easy to find, with good parking. There were at least 3 machines occupied with other people's laundry and they only showed up when I was about done (after an hour and a half). Weird that this place would allow that. The place was empty, except for myself for most of the time. Still is was a perfectly useable laundromat. Edit: Just as I sent this review off, several people came in to claim their laundry - so it wasn't as abandoned as I originally thought.

Multiple machines had "out of order" signs on them. The price also went up on two of the three machines we used once a temperature was selected. We selected "hot" on one and "cold" on the other and both increased. The machine soap dispensers all had gunk in them and were sorry. There was still soap in the machine when it rotated to a stop so I'm sure things didn't get properly rinsed. Garbage can was full and the floor was dirty. The plus side was that there was only one other customer there(who probably hadn't been warned to go elsewhere). Since this is the only laundromat in town, you either will have to make do or go to a neighboring town though. Just bring extra change and keep your clothes from falling to the floor.
