I asked if she had a late appointment available for that day. Super LAST MINUTE appointment and she responded right away. She said she would get back to me in the morning because she had to check. Of course, it's okay! It was so late, I really didn't think I would hear from her until later. When I woke up I had a message from her already with the times she had available. I booked it!! Overall, it was a much-needed self-care experience. Two days later, my skin still looks amazing. I will be back. Facial Suite is in a busy center, but parking is easy to find. The decor and atmosphere are classy and calm. Highly recommended.

She is meticulous with taking her time to map out my brows to be symmetrical and fit my face. After she brow mapped my eyebrows, she explained what she would be removing and if I was okay with the shape of the brow.
