My husband…read moreand I just couldn't seem to get the murky water clear and with our health issues it was getting to the point where cleaning it was just becoming too much. Well for $199 you would expect clear water or at least some improvement in the water in. But no. The water never got clear and in fact was worse than when they cleaned it. They never took the turtle out while they were cleaning it and frankly, I don't think they really did a whole lot except for clean the filters and the side of the tank. It was a total waste of our money and a total rip off ! I text the owner twice complaining about the service because I did wait a few days to see if the water cleared up and still just more murky water. You would think being a professional company that they would at least discount what they charged. Especially since the water showed no improvement. But no. Don't waste your money on this company. The results will not be in your favor. Total and complete rip off ! Oh and when I sent these pictures to the owner she said the water looked clear to her Not sure what she thinks clear is, but surly we have 2 different options as to what clear water looks like.

I responded…read moreto their general manager Jerry's voicemail and he seemed uninterested and unhelpful, he said he would go talk to his boss and get back to me and never did. So I followed up the next day and he quoted me a price for the job, it was expensive but I was willing to pay for the it because I liked and shopped in Reef Scapes for supplies and they had a nice website. I was already an established customer. He then complained about not being available for another 5 weeks because they are currently working on "big jobs" that are "in progress". Jerry then said he would check with his schedule and get back to me (but of course he never did). Piss poor communication. I ended up making an appointment with Two Men and a Truck to lift my aquarium in, which they were available within the next few days. I also agreed to have my aquarium serviced by the folks at Emerald Coast Coral Farms when I have to deploy or travel for work overseas.

He ripped out all of my components and installed a cheap pump with no filtration. The pump was supposed to be used for a fountain feature. He never got my fountain working which was the reason he was hired. He left knowing the cheap pump he installed did not have enough pressure to work the fountain. He said it needed to build pressure. A week later I started calling and texting to let him know it still was not working and all he will do now is ghost me. No return calls or text. I had to hire another company to come in and replumb my pond. Everything he did was wrong. He knows nothing about ponds or fountain features. He will steal your money and not complete your project.
