They came twice a week at night and it made an enormous difference for our family. I was genuinely impressed that they showed up consistently during one of Maine's snowiest winters. It was such a cozy feeling to lie in bed listening to the quiet snowfall, knowing I would get a full night of rest and that my baby was in great hands. They handled our exclusively breastfeeding stage and later our pumping and breastfeeding routine without any issue. Every morning they left the room immaculate and all the bottles washed. It was a relief to wake up to a calm, tidy space. They were also incredibly knowledgeable. When I ran into some challenges with sleep training on my own, they shared advice that was genuinely helpful and new to me, even though I had already sleep trained my first child. We did not use support with our first child. That postpartum period was much harder. I remember finishing the fourth trimester feeling like a shell of a human from lack of sleep. This time I had enough energy to work out, eat reasonably healthy meals, and really enjoy bonding with my baby. I would recommend them to anyone.

I went in to see her at 5 and a half weeks for bleeding for Hcg blood draw which showed my levels too low to be a viable pregnancy. I cried to her and we spoke for over an hour. I attempted to give this organization a second chance, feeling that after 5 years after leaving this practice things perhaps may have improved. I decided to try again with a different doctor. The office manager, Jennifer, kindly called me to ask why I wanted to be apart of the practice again. I explained that I was willing to give them a second chance, they have several (12) doctors to choose from. Dr. Adams was the one I chose. I was told by Jennifer that Dr. Pelletier and Adams cover for each other so it wouldn't work out for me. I then was told that their billing practices had not changed either..what? No one was talking about billing issues. It was then I knew my review was read. Jennifer said perhaps Generations wasn't a good fit. I said that Generations had been a good fit for 20 years and because of one doctor the experience changed. She then told me "We don't think you are a good fit for US! Good luck to you!" WOW really! So, in a nutshell, time to move on. Happy Jennifer pointed out that the customer doesn't matter, that customer service is not a priority. What could have been an excellent customer service moment for them: "We see you had a poor experience with one of our doctors, perhaps Dr. Adams would be a better fit" "You had a poor billing experience, how could we have done better?" No interest in winning a client back, just pushing them away.

Our son had some trauma to his neck which lead to multiple swellings of lymph nodes. Once doing my own personal research while visiting Maine I realized I needed someone who specialized in lymphatic drainage for children. I found Courtney off Google and had a strong vibe about her. Our first session with our son was more than we expected. She was so calm and attentive to his needs. Explaining every procedure and how it would feel. My son loved every moment of it and we instantly saw the relief she was providing. We returned for a second round a week later to continue the flow. My sons energy had changed drastically and all of his lymph nodes had dramatically reduced. This made my worried heart warm and relaxed. Not only did her knowledge and gentle hands cure my son, but she also educated us on how to continue the work at home manually. Before we departed back to LA my husband and I had some work done of our own. Man, such a relief! Hands down the best release of tight muscles, stress and blockage she gave. I truly wish we could find another "Courtney" out here in LA, but there is only one and we already miss her. My son especially! I highly recommend Courtney for physical imbalances within your body.
