We love the monthly activities they host to bring the community together. The apartments are large and the layout is modern. Also, TONS of cabinet space in the kitchen which is rare for an apartment. Both my coworker and I were charged for past tenants damages. I was promised by word and writing a $100 referral bonus and after Danielle handed me the forms, I filled them out and both me and my coworker signed them, I returned them to her hand at her desk and they still gave us nothing. Two giant wasp nest stayed above my parking spot for a month before they got so big I handled it myself after 2 work orders I filled did not get answered. 9 days my coworker moved out, management stopped answering her calls and emails about the final billing discrepancy. Instead, they push her case to an attorney who is attempting to collect compounding interest on an in accurate debt that would have been settled should the slightest amount of effort been put forth from the cove management. These people are crooked robbers. The manager Danielle will have nothing to do with you, don't count on her to help much less be on property when in need. I didn't get to use the pool for a year and a half or the gym and they took nothing off the overpriced rent. Seriously consider living anywhere but the Cove at Overlake in Tooele. I'm a defense contractor and my work pays for my apartments otherwise I would have left the first month I was there. I've lived in dozen of apartments across the country over the years and this is THE ABSOLUTE WORST! Dishonest, incompetent, rude management makes what could be a dream, a living nightmare.

And if you pay close attention to their stipulations of a contract, it does you no good to be a good tenant and clean before you leave. They treat you really dirty, and if you need anything repaired or looked at, better plan on doing it yourself. They're the worst business people ever I have had to deal with!! They have had half a dozen managers in my almost 2 years there. Crooked, dirty, rotten, and right down lousy on maintaining the dumpy apt ever I've seen!! So if you are down and think you have no option, seriously look at something as close that has a manager and a maintenance that are on spot!! They don't keep up on anything and never ever there just to take good care of you!! So I recommend you rent a house by an owner in town or a trailer. Everything about this apt experience is bad!! Make time to find a decent place to rent, worse idea I ever had!! They'll stick it to you so if you rent don't bother on cleaning it or staying till the end of the month. I've seen they've left awful letters on tenants doors about pets. Watch your step, animal droppings everywhere!!
