The associates and business owner alike are VERY knowledgeable in their products, which helps because when you first walk into the store there are an alarming amount of shelves and products on all of them. But they can navigate the store with such ease and finesse that even if you can't find what you're looking for, or are like me and don't even know what you're looking for but know what you need, they can lead you to it with pinpoint accuracy.
