Last time husband asked for Beck's Blue, cannot remember if there was 1 bottle or none, he was told that they were in the process of changing to another brand. The person serving then proceed to offer him bottled craft beer? Husband then tried to order chicken wings & was told that they had run out which is not great for a 'Flaming Hot Grill' Themed Pub. 3 of us arrived first, '2 pints Coors & a pint of Strongbow, draft please' - Run Out, Guinness, think it was San Miguel/Peroni resulted in the same response (did end up with San Miguel or the Peroni, cannot remember which way round it was. The lassie serving said there had been a delivery on Tuesday, this was Saturday & the topping was it was the 'Grand National'. Then the last 2 arrived, 1 was drinking Kopparberg bottled Fruit cider to find there were only 2 bottles. 1 of the first 3 that arrived decided to treat 2 of us to a bottle of Prosecco which was available, however no flutes, especially as 'Fizz Weekends' are advertised! 1 of the group asked a lassie serving for the 'National' to be televised, response was no, televisions & screen are linked. Another member of the group asked the lassie cleaning tables, when the other person was at the bar asking, she said she would go & ask, returned saying the pull down screen would be showing the 'National'.

Before I found the hair, this was more or less thrown at me with the salad going over the Mrs. By the time they brought me a replacement my family was finished with there meals, I asked to have mine placed in a takeaway box. This was brought to me in a dirty greese covered ice-cream tub. Was offered a refund for my meal only as I wasn't happy taking a dirty greese covered tub with my meal in it home. This this place was better when the rats where here.
