While HOAs in California have a lot of authority, unfortunately it often results in abuses of that power and the use of the HOA to settle personal scores. I consulted with Art regarding a non-disclosure case related to a home purchase I made. Art was very knowledgeable and assisted me with writing a demand letter to the people who sold me the property.
