Let me begin with the bottom line. I would highly recommend Artin Gholian of Jordan Law Group to anyone (fighting their HOA) without reservation. In fact, I have already. While HOAs in California have a lot of authority, unfortunately it often results in abuses of that power and the use of the HOA to settle personal scores. My husband and I had been fighting with our HOA over 2 years. I finally sought the counsel of Mr. Gholian this fall. He gave me the most in depth consult I've ever had.
