She not only helped my wife and I find the perfect 1st home (had tried 2 other agents before her), but when my family had to relocate due to a new job opportunity that I had came upon and decided to rent the place out, she did an awesome job finding / filtering potential tenants in a timely matter so I can avoid the burden of paying 2 mortgages. When we decided to sell the house a year later, Grace knew exactly what we needed to do to make the house stand out from the rest and found us the perfect buyer in 10 days with the price we wanted!! (our house actually just closed this week). And since we decided the sell the house after we had already relocated, she pretty much took control of everything and kept us informed every step of the way. In short, Grace so far helped us purchased, rented out and sold our 1st home. With her vast knowledge in real estate and market conditions, each time she would be able to give us great advice and I love how she would be up front with us about everything. I would highly recommend Grace to anyone that's looking to buy/sale a home!

It might seem impossible that someone is given 5 stars but Grace makes that possible. She is by far…read morethe best realtor I have ever worked with. She listened to my must-haves and deal-breakers in the house I was looking for. She took these into account when sending me listings to review. She was open to me sending her listings that I found and either added them to the list to view or ruled them out because they did not meet my needs. She immediately set up showings and we had several in a week. After each showing we discussed my thoughts on the property and she politely added her expertise to the conversation, helping me to make an informed decision. Grace was aware of my aggressive timeline to purchase a house and within 16 days of my first contact with her, we identified a property and were under contract. After the inspections were complete, Grace did a magnificent job negotiating with the seller for credits to make repairs. She also got supporting documentation from the seller to prove some repairs had already been completed. Additionally, she offered me additional options for mortgage and homeowners insurance so I could get competitive quotes and choose the companies that best fit my needs. Grace was with me for every milestone during the home purchasing process and made it painless and efficient. She had my best interests in mind throughout the process. I would recommend her as your realtor without hesitation.

Heide with Blake Real Estate Inc Group is horrible…read more I hate leaving bad reviews. Unfortunately we always talk more about the bad than the good but in this case avoid this company whenever you can. Contacted them in regards to a rental property in Safety Harbor. Real estate agent would only text me and never call me back. The reasoning was that she was in jury duty. No problem, we visited home and met homeowners and co-worker that Heide sent to rent the home. Everything was great, homeowners loved us. We told them we would fill out the application since we were more than qualified and just sold our million dollar home. We were waiting for the market to settle and a couple years in a rental would be perfect for us. That night application was filled out and completed for $110.00. Being more than qualified we called the agent the next day, confirmed she received, confirmed we are ready to move in and all I needed was a call back to answer some questions. She said she couldn't and was in jury duty. I asked for a call before jury duty and or after jury duty. Ignored every single request. My wife called. Ignored her too. 2 weeks later she was still not calling back. We went to home and asked homeowners if it is still for rent and they said yes but unfortunately this real estate agent is not doing the proper work for her foreign customers and she is taking advantage of them. This house is now on the market for over 38 days and still not rented. Luckily for us you didn't rent it out as God had a plan and we found a million dollar home to purchase instead of renting. Thank god we didn't rent through you guys as you would have probably been the property management too. MAN COULD YOU IMAGINE THE HORROR WE WOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH WITH A COMPANY LIKE YOURS ON A DAILY/MONTHLY BASIS IF WE WOULD HAVE RENTED How in the world can you be a real estate agent if you don't call people back and hide behind a text. Your customers are relying on you to do what you tell them you are going to do and you failed them and us in this scenario. Shame on you Heide

She listed our property with the wrong sales price, left us with almost no updates for months, and failed to hold open houses. When she finally brought a buyer, it was another agent from her own office, which left us feeling she was not representing our best interests. To make matters worse, the inspection process was handled poorly, with misleading or fabricated claims and even a "fake" report sent before the real one. Most "issues" noted were either inaccurate or easily fixed for under $400. We have bought and sold many properties over the years, and this was by far the most unprofessional experience. Proceed with caution if you plan to work with Natalia Velasco or inspector Gregg Forscher (License #HI12660).

I started to do some background searches on their realtor Ginger Gillum and discovered quite an extensive history of public court records along with a very serious traffic arrest allegation. The information I discovered would certainly call into question the character of someone for employment eligibility and particularly in real estate dealing with financial transactions. You only need to do a simple internet search on arrests, mug shots, and public court records to gather quite a lot of information. Because I trusted Ginger Gillum as being a long-time friend of my mother's and knowing the family. I did not do this extensive research. It is important to investigate her background extensively should you chose to enter a real estate transaction with her. Charles Rutenberg has not said much of anything with my entire situation. It is important to report serious broken ethical standards with any realtor and my experienced has proven no different. Buyer beware Ginger Gillum and Charles Rutenberg do not have the best histories and it would seem they do not have their client interests at the front before their own. If you are selling or buying your home, look for another realty and realtor. If you don't, you only have yourself to blame when something happens. Do your research on Charles Rutenberg and Ginger Gillum.
