So I am not the only one who has written about the low quality of care here. At least others had their money refunded, it looks like. Not me! I had brought my son in because he had hurt his neck being dumb with his friends at a concert. At "The Joint" they recommended to see him every week for about a month. And me? Oh apparently I was so bad I needed to be seen twice a week. I took my son to my regular chiropractor later that same week. She resolved it in one adjustment. Me? I started going every 2 weeks, and I feel great. Who has time for this treatment at The Joint? They sell the drop-in "convenience," but there's nothing convenient about having to be there constantly and never getting anywhere. And sorta sucks how they might or might not refund you for their ineffective care.... read more

I have seen many chiropractors in my long life and I think this doctor (Josh) is highly skilled. His adjustments are precise and hold well. His rates are also amazingly affordable. But keep in mind that chiropractic addresses only the health of the spine. He wants you to understand very clearly that it does not cure any disease. There are many complaints beyond the scope of chiropractic for which you should see an accredited physician. read more

The staff was amazing, I believe her name was Angela, the receptionist was very nice and I got along with her very well and the chiropractor did a full exam and I felt like a brand new person walking out of there. Definitely recommend going there for only $29 to start off. It was amazing and I think everyone should get their back adjusted by them once a week it will make your life so much better and if you have problems you'll be able to live life, pain-free, and do the activities you never thought you can.. read more

I was referred to The Joint by friends because I have terrible insurance with my new employer. I have been going to chiropractors off and on my whole adult life. Due to car accidents. The best place is in LO Asula Wellness Center. See Shannon only. But my new insurance didn't cover it. With being laid off I had no other choice. I had been suffering neck pain and a pinched nerve. First i went to Tigard it was great. I decided to go to this location and I have been in excruciating pain ever since and with more injury. First of all this place is like a fast food drive thru. In & out! He pushed down on me so hard n fast I lost my breath and bruised my rib. I have had injury to my ribs in the last 4/5 years. As you know. You can't do anything with a bruised or fractured rib. It has to heel on its own. But at no time did any other chiropractors hurt me like this. As i left and the rest of the day. The pain grew to the point I couldn't move. To add to this i was going on a plane for Mother's Day. This person just told me you'll be fine ice it. It will go away when i called in later that day. Never checked on me again. I went in one more time in Tigard to just adjust my neck. Push fwd to today. My neck is still messed up. Now I have massive lower back issues all day all night. I've had to have my employer order a new desk and chairs. Because i can't sit all day anymore. I still cannot get this fixed because my ribs are still bruised and will take months to heal. DO NOT GO TO THE JOINT ! Like i said they want you in n out like a fast food joint. I am in so much pain daily i don't know what to do. It's not getting better. Also that chiropractor never checked on me again or the clinic. How they have not been sued is beyond me. I am actually contemplating it. I'm suffering on a daily and I don't know what do. Or can afford to pay out of pocket. I hope this helps someone. Be careful. You get what you pay for !!!! Guy in the picture on the right. I was having continued and severe back pain and mobility issues that had gone on for many months and Ibuprofen was just not able to make my life livable and I decided to go to The Joint after being referred by a friend. This was not my first visit to a chiropractor so I was not a 'newbie' to the practice of back manipulation. But it had been many years since I felt I needed to go to a chiropractor. I wish that I had not waited so long. When I arrived Saffron at the front desk was super nice and very accommodating. I was signed up in no time for my introductory consultation and adjustment. I was attended to by Dr. Marie who took her time listening to my situation and checking my back, hips and shoulders to see what could be determined from observation after my explanation of my situation. It turned out that my right hip was 2 inches higher than my left due to middle back muscle spasms that were pulling my hip up toward my middle back. She was able to design an ongoing program to get that situation stabilized and to keep it that way. The prices were super reasonable and continue to be. I would highly recommend The Joint if you are experiencing chronic back issues. read more

I do not usually review other chiropractors, but as a chiropractor of almost 40 years and a qualified medical evaluator appointed by the state of California I feel it is my obligation to the community. I wanted to give them a try and visited this office as a patient. It was more than disappointing because there is no orthopedic or neurological exam, little or no patient history,and no explanation or report of findings to review your exam because there wan nott one done. A patient needs to know and understand not only what you are doing but why. Screening patients for any underlying issues is necessary to know when NOT to adjust someone. This place shortchanges the patient and cheapens the professsion. This was my experience and yours may be different.. If you are happy here that is great but it seems like a conveyor belt to me. read more

Dr. Amy is an excellent chiropractor! I also love that she takes the time to get to know her patients and listens to your needs and concerns about your body. I've been visiting her at this clinic for about two months and I am nearly pain free (after years of suffering from upper back/neck/ribs issues) The Joint's set up is super convenient and affordable. You pay $29 for your introductory visit and then you sign up for a plan that deducts from your debit/credit or HSA card every month. It's a minimum 2 month commitment, so you can cancel after that if you choose. I picked the option for 4 visits a month option for $69. Any additional visits are $10 each. Overall to me that's an amazing value considering I spent nearly $500 on less than 2 months of treatment at another chiropractor office going through my insurance. You scan your key card each time you go. I knocked off one star because two times I have been in when Dr. Amy wasn't the chiropractor on duty and I wasn't super pleased with the skill of the other two chiropractors. They seemed less experienced and couldn't get my joints to move very much. read more

I normaly go to the location at 172 and Sunnyside but they are temporarily closed and decided to go out of my way and visit this location. I got there right after 3 and scanned my tag. The girl at the counter told me to go ahead and head on back. In the back, I seen that bed number 2, 3 and 4 all were occupied. There was a doctor at the computer screen that is next to bed #1 and I asked him if bed one was for me. He said no, that he had a patient on it and that I can take a seat. I did so and waited. I seen what I think is another doctor at the other end on the room, near bed #4. Both of them were intently staring into their computer screens. After what seemed like 4 or 5 minutes the doctor on my left helped the patient on bed 2 and 3 and the other doctor help the patient on bed 4. Then back to the computer screens. After another couple of minutes The first doctor said I can take bed 2 and he assigned bed 3 and 4 to other patients that were waiting. Then a customer/patient came in and was given bed 1. They were a new patient and were in for a consultation. I guess they had an appointment and the doctor was holding bed 1 for them. I laid face down on the exam bed table thing and waited. And waited. Normally after 2 or 3 minutes max you get adjusted and are on your way. Not here. Not today. It was a Saturday and maybe the timing was bad. I dont know, I do know that there were alot of people there. I heard the girl at the front counter tell someone that had scanned in to wait up in the front because it was full in the back. Maybe doctor #2 was in training, I dont know. The vibe and the atmosphere felt like DMV. You know when you go there and get ignored. They work, but just enough so you cant say they dont. No sense of customer service, appreciation, or urgency. Like your time doesnt matter. Like watching people work on a union job site. After awhile of being face down I got up to look around. Doctor # 1 was busy with the new patient. On table 3 and 4 the people assigned to them were sitting on the beds. I dont know were doctor #2 was. I just got up, gathered my stuff and left. I think I was there over 20 minutes. Two doctors, 3 patients got adjusted and one new consultion was in progress. I was there Saturday November 2, 2024. When I left it was 3:31 in the car. So I left the clinic around 3:29. If you like DMV and being treated like an inconvenience then you will love it here. read more

The staff was friendly, no complaints there. The service was just very fast and with no real attention to detail or to your comfort. I was super stiff and was wrenched on to get my back into place instead of stretching me first. This is like the fast food of medical care if that's your preference. read more

I went here a few days ago for my first time and I saw Dr. Amy! It was such a great experience. She gives great adjustments. She is very caring and wants to help. I was having a little neck tension and she got to the problem, she got such a great release and said I would be sore the next day so I went home and iced to bypass that soreness the next day and it worked. I felt wonderful after the adjustment that night and the days to follow. They had a $19 special for the exam and adjustment! What a deal! Their hours are great, open till 7pm! And on the weekends too! The parking is great, they share a parking lot with the Trader Joe's. I will be back again! read more

It's a good spot for a quick fix. The subscription service isn't bad either, just keep in mind this is for quick relief as it's generally under 5 minutes. The one downside I have is they tend to not be open on random days with no notice. read more

Great adjustment but disappointed in their business practices. I went once to the one in Tigard, they offered me a monthly plan for $59 a month and I told them their office was too far for me to go to weekly. They told me a new one was opening close to me(this one!)and that I could get the $59 plan at the new location when it opened. I went for my first adjustment today, which was great and asked about the plan afterwards. Was told I'd have to pay $69 a month since it's not my first visit. I told her what the Tigard location had said and that it was my first visit to this new location but she wouldn't give me the plan. So, I paid for one visit and now feel lied to and upset. I would have been a happy weekly customer had I got the plan I was promised. read more

Super convenient spot for a quick adjustment. I work from home at a desk all day and this place is right down the street. They have flexible hours, Dr. Amy is very knowledgeable, and Briah at the front desk is very nice. You do feel re-assured here. It's the same type of treatment you can get at a traditional clinic but also straight to the point. Health is not something to skimp out on but it's also nice having an option like this in our everyday busy lives that doesn't have to sacrifice on quality. read more

Dr. Amy is not only quick and efficient with treatments on my.most busy days but even for having many patients she is personal and treats with lots of care and understanding. Everytime I go in for an adjustment I leave feeling refreshedand happy that I stopped in. If you ever felt interested In chiropractic work but have been fearful it wasnt affordable or if it was affordable that you may not be getting the best treatment, wonder no more. My boyfriend and I went in together for the first time, I had neck pain with frequent headaches and he had shoulder pain. The chiropractor treated us exactly the same. She just popped our necks and back and called it good. It was about a 10 minute visit each. My neck feels better but I don't think we should have been treated the same. read more
