I've been a member of The Joint probably since 2019. I've paid for individual appointments, purchased packages and the monthly member based on my needs at the time. The chain allows you to utilize the visits at any location and I've always gone as a walk-in. I primarily use this location and have also had success using my visits in Georgia. I have found them to be good for what I consider to be "maintenance" issues and for injuries or accidents, I went do another Chiropractor for x-rays, etc. So, except for when I was receiving care after a car accident, this is where I've gone. Thus far, I haven't had any issues or complaints. The staff is always friendly and the Chiropractors seem to always take a quick minute to check your file and ask a few questions before they get started. I had just purchased a 10 visit package prprior to the car accident. After an extended period of time (more than a year) doing care with a different Chiropractic Office, I was able to return and use my visits without any issues. The Office is always clean and organized. As a walk-in, I don't recall ever waiting longer than 10-15 minutes. They are located in a Plaza that shares a parking lot with other businesses but even when the lot is crowded parking has not been an issue. read more

This has been a horrible experience. And as I read the other comments, I have had the same problem with being mislead. I was visiting in Oviedo and hurt my back. I stopped in to get information and they said if I signed up I could go to any The Joint. That's NOT TRUE. I was told if I want to cancel I could stop in any The Joint and fill out a form. That's NOT TRUE. I have the texts from Cole at the Willa Springs location in Oveido. For 2 months I couldn't go to the sessions I paid for because of the severity of my back issues by doctors orders. I was told that the sessions I paid for no longer exist and they want me to pay more to go. Ridiculous, they steal your money. The most vulnerable time in you life, when you are hurt and they take advantage of you. As far as the Dr, the talent, they all vary to really inexperienced and can hurt you, to some that know what they're doing. DO NOT SIGN UP AT THE JOINT. As a chronic backpain sufferer, I have been receiving Chiropractic care most of my life. So, when we recently moved to Florida, it was extremely important for me to find a great-not just good-Chiropractor. I was apprehensive at first to try out a "chain" clinic and I should have heeded my own concern. On my first adjustment I was disappointed by the "fast food" style of treatment. The doctors asked me very few questions about my condition and no x-rays or back history was taken. Just snap-crackle-pop and I was out the door not feeling much better then when I arrived. On my second visit, there were two doctor who chatted with each other through the entire adjustment and even seemed to be competing on techniques. I was so disgusted that I didn't want to go back but I had paid for two months so I gave it one more try. On my third and final visit with yet another chiropractor, I left worse them I came it. His technique and pressure was so rough that I refused to go back. I'm sure this type of clinic is ok for those who need a "walk-in" based "quick fix" but anyone with serious or chronic issues should avoid this place. I will never recommend "The Joint" style care to anyone. read more

PLEASE SLOW DOWN when you give adjustments. What is the hurry? You still give 30 second treatment when no one is waiting in the waiting room. Then we have to remind what parts need adjusting or manipulation. You are a nice guy but we shouldn't have to ask you to do this or that when you are the doctor. We would come in weekly if your bed side manner was more relaxing versus a race to get you out. I'll be trying other locations to find a dr that will take a little more time to get better lasting results. read more

(From winter of 2019) Awful service, and misleading information. Would not recommend to a friend. Directly from their website: "For starters, you don't need an appointment. You can walk in whenever we're open and be seen by our licensed chiropractors whenever it's convenient for you." This is false. This location was recommended to me by a friend. I have a hectic schedule, and finally found time to go out of my way to this specific location, only to not be seen. As a new patient, I was denied service because only one chiropractor sees new patients, and only on certain days at certain times. This is not unreasonable, but it is false advertising. This information is nowhere to be found on their website. To add to my frustration of wasting my time and not being seen, the receptionist (with heavy eye-shadow) informed me of this with a non-apologetic, absolutely-couldn't-care-less attitude. So no, I will not return, and will not recommend to a friend. I'm generously adding a star on my friend's behalf, who really likes the chiropractor they see. read more

I've been coming to this location for over a year now and absolutely love it. Everyone on the staff is exceptional, outgoing and always a pleasure to see. My job requires me to sit for extended periods of time, with that said, I first came in with intense lower back pain as well as pain in the upper back near the shoulder. By far the best investment I ever made. I have suffered with back pain for about 20 years and spent thousands of dollars on trying to find someone to help me relieve the pain, who would of thought that a symbol and quick adjustment was all I needed. One of the best things about this place is you can walk in anytime and see the chiropractor. The other great thing about this place is Dr Casey is one of the best chiros I have been to. She adjusts her technique as she gets to know what your body responds best to and responds well to personal preference. Also she is very accurate in her adjustments. Other chros I have seen have a program they put you on and refuse to deviate from that, a one size fits all approach. Other chiros I have seen also make painful mistakes and then charge you again to fix what they did. Dr. Casey works 6 days a week making her the hardest working chiro I have known. This is great if you like sticking with just one dr who knows your body and treatment plan. Update: Well, I give Dr Casey 5 stars but the office staff 1 star because the monthly plan was completely misrepresented. Nearly everything we were told about it was false. From when to cancel to avoid being charged for a third month to the terms of "pausing" your membership. Bottom line READ THE CONTRACT FIRST, don't trust them to tell you the terms and conditions. Dr Casey is no longer there. So sad. read more

Being generous with 1 star rating. This place was recommended by my sister--I went there to see a particular doctor that she and a couple of my coworkers recommended (he happens to wear a crucifix on his polo). However, he was moved to another location as soon as COVID lockdown began; his replacement did not live up to the hype. Despite only having 1 specialist on staff I never had to wait in line to be seen, which is nice. Here's what $70/ month gets you: -Every time I come in I have to sit there and wait for the doctor to get off his phone in order to see me. I think both the receptionist and the doctor could use a little training in customer service. Personal phones should not even be out when you have a customer in--like c'mon, this is business ethics 101. Be polite and provide the service that you advertise. -I'm a pet owner and I love dogs, but having a little "ankle biter" there jumping on my (sometimes expensive shoes) feet and scratch my legs is annoying and a bummer to say the least. You're supposed to be a sterile environment where patients are treated, why do I need to have your dog run up on me when I get adjusted? -This place is like a fast food restaurant--you're constantly hurried through the session. What's the hurry? Like I'm the only person there and the "doctor" gets through the session in 3 minutes. -You're supposed to be a"doctor" and you're looking at my chart that illustrates my problem areas. Every single time I have to point out what he missed only to have him sigh because every has to sanitize his hands again--l guess "doctors" have more important things to do -This guy has a routine that he performs on everyone (saw it on 5 different people I know) and it's the same no matter what issues you have. A lot of times he's twist me to the point of additional pain and tell me that I'm feeling better and that he's loosened all my knots. It took me a couple of months to realize that I'm not feeling any better at all while being told what great progress I'm making. I think we're all aware that chiropractic places around the world get bad reputation and we know why. I am sorry because this is not a nice review; however, the only way to improve your business is neither through better people or better process. My only wish is for me laces of business in my community to be better--because everyone will benefit from it and the only way to achieve that is through constructive feedback. read more

Dr. C (female with blonde hair in a bun) is absolutely the greatest! My boyfriend and I have gone to several locations around the Orlando area, and this place by far is a favorite go to spot. The lady at check in (shorter dark hair) is delightful and sweet :) Dr. C really pays attention to your body/needs and is very personable. She really gets in there, without hurting anyone. If you're looking to just get your neck and back cracked then this might be the place for you. However if you have any specific problem you want worked on, then look elsewhere. Everyone gets the same "treatment plan" regardless of your reason for being there, which is your back cracked and your neck cracked. I went in for some hip and pelvis alignment issues that were causing pain and going there did absolutely nothing for my issues. When you first go they try to make it sound like they can definitely help for whatever your issue is and that you need to sign up for two times a week for a month and then once a week there after. But you need to sign up that day or your "special deal" expires. It's all just the same spiel that everyone gets told so they can get the sale. Then when you go for your routine appointments the whole thing is rushed with little to no questions about how you're feeling and what is bothering you. It's just neck and back cracked and then you leave. I left here and started seeing a chiropractor that actually focuses on my issues and those few appointments have done so much more than my 2 month here. So far I have really enjoyed this place. It is half the cost of where I use to go. At first I second guessed myself based on the amount of time you are there, but then my second visit for my son happened and I realized you can't judge based on time. Dr. John has done a fantastic job with my 4 year old. In fact he himself has young children of his own which he of course adjusts so that makes me feel better knowing he frequently works with children. read more
