The first one was 2014 after a near fatal motorcycle accident that had me in ICU for 4 days and then at home recovering mostly in a recliner, as I could not lay comfortably in bed. The doctors wanted to do Orthoscopic Surgery repair on my shoulder, wrists and leg, and the prognosis was that I would probably never run another 5K, play sports or be as active as I was before. I really wanted to avoid surgery and yet determined to get my life back, so my PCP recommended Airrosti treatment as a long shot alternative. After about 7-8 visits over around 3 months time, using their resistance and stretching routines, I was discharged and released to work out using light weights and aerobic exercises and by 9 months, commenced with heavy weight workouts, playing golf, frisbee with the kids and even water skiing again. So needless to say that when I recently found myself suffering from a Tennis Elbow type of injury, I didn't hesitate to call on Dr. Newman & Amy as a treatment option and after about 4-5 weeks and 4 treatments (I requested the 4th one for good measure) I am again lifting weights and doing my usual sports activities.
