The Joint has been double charging my card for MONTHS , i went in to get it resolved and they said they would credit my card.. never happened ,if you try to call their local offices they never answer their phone (even better if you call the corporate line it will send you to voicemail, but the voice mail box is full so your not able to leave a message) .. good luck trying to cancel your membership as well they will give you the run around saying that you need to cancel in person at the office you signed up at , but good luck getting that info from them because they never answer their phones...RUN AWAY dont sign up with the joint read more

Alright so I want to be a gate keeper on this one, but I simply can't do that. My fiancé hated chiropractors due to a terrible experience years ago involving an aggressive neck adjustment. I've been to quite a few chiropractors in my lifetime so I'm very particular - when I tell you Dr. McKnight is the best one I've visited, I mean it whole heartedly. Thankfully the wait times aren't bad at The Joint (approximately 5 or 10 minutes per person) so I'm happy to share his name with others lol. As a new patient, it takes closer to 20-30 minutes to do a full exam and get some background on the patient so wait times can vary. I've had chronic neck pain due to carrying my stress in my neck and shoulders and a few visits with Dr McKnight have changed my life for the better. We will never go to anyone else read more

I moved to Grey Forest this year and chose to go to joint chiropractic because I had a good experience in the past at the location where I've previously lived. Dr. Franco is absolutely the best chiropractor I have ever had - hands down!! I can walk in with aches and pains, in multiple areas, and walk out minutes later feeling absolutely no pain anywhere! He is fabulous at listening and addressing your specific needs for adjustment. Dr. Franco is truly gifted and blessed with the skills for his chosen profession. This isn't your usual chiropractic office. You don't have to wait for ever and they do walk ins. If you join the plan you get a card and scan it every time you go in. Makes check in fast and easy. Doc adjustments usually are less than 10 min unless there is an issue they are addressing. Office is always friendly and clean. Doctors are knowledgeable and get to fixing the issues at hand. Would recommend to anyone read more

I am so glad I found this clinic. I have been struggling with joint and muscle pain for years. I can actually feel my right hip sitting higher than my left. I struggle with tension migraines and Tmj. My head is finally not hurting and my mid back is feeling great. Some more adjustments and my sciatic pain should dissipate as well. read more

They lure with a good $69 special. Somehow fees add on and it's $160 when you walk out the door. They also gave me a couple additional complementary visit cards that they couldn't honor because THEY didn't fill them out. I think they messed me up worse than I came in. I live in Houston and love The Joint location near my home. I was out of town in San Antonio and went to The Joint at 9110 N Loop 1604. What a difference. This office is horrible. Dr. Nicosia spent less than 3 minutes with me and did nothing. He touched my back once. Obviously his mind was elsewhere. This is my worst experience at any of their locations. I can't wait to get back to Houston and see Dr. Terry at the Holcombe Blvd Office. read more

Went here yesterday , I have been getting chiropractic services for over 10 years, I have never had such terrible bedside manner. The woman doing my adjustment acted like I was a total inconvenience to her day, did not explain the style of adjustment she was going to perform, how she wanted my body, etc. Overall terrible experience - back is still in pain & currently on the hunt for a REAL chiropractor, not the walmart version of one. read more

I cannot recommend The Joint more highly, especially this location. Drs. Nicosia and McKnight are highly skilled chiropractors who are also good listeners and for me, that's important, because I have a lot of trouble with my neck, and they've both been great at getting my neck back in shape. I've been going to chiropractors for thirty years, and these folks are some of the best I've known. I also love Dr. Dudson at the Alon location, but he's on a medical leave right now. I got into an accident back in 2010 and have had to see a chiropractor ever since then. I have been coming to the joint off and on since 2014. I have to say it's much cheaper than anything I would pay with my insurance, especially with the wellness plan only being $69/month for 4 visits! I am very impressed with the docs there. Nicosia and McKnight are very informative about stretches I can do at home, which have help significantly. I have gotten so much relief since I've been going this last time, I can actually lay on my back again which I haven't been able to do in years. THANK YOU GUYS! I had been having terrible low back/hip pain for over a week. I had been to a float, gotten a massage and been to yoga/Pilates to help stretch everything out but by the middle of the day my whole back would be tight and the hip,pain would become much worse. I knew I had to go to the chiropractor but my regular chiropractor is not close to my home and there is construction by their office which makes it more difficult to get to. I had seen the signs for The Joint by HEB so decided to give them a try. Receptionist was great, explained all the different packages and was very engaging and polite. Went in to see the Doctor and he did a few quick tests (bending, twisting etc.) and then explained what was going on to me. He then started the adjustment and I have to say that I have been going for regular chiropractic care for over 15 years and this was one of the best adjustments I've ever had. My regular chiropractor can never get my low back/hip area to adjust but here it adjusted perfectly. Doctor warned me that I may be in some pain and yesterday evening I was but this morning I feel so much better and I will definitely be going here on a regular basis. It is more convenient than my former chiropractor and even without using insurance it's much cheaper. Highly recommend after just one visit! Doctor was fabulous! Can't wait for my Husband and Son to try them too! read more
