It's very inconvenient to drive here every time and for some reason it's closed with some excuse written on a piece of paper stuck to the door. This has happened a few times of coming here. The hours for this location are absurd! I've been by now my 3rd time in a row to try and get seen. One time I showed up at 1:45 and they said they were closed even they were open until 2. They are closed both Sunday and Monday and the days they are open, you have to show up 10-2, although 1:45 is too close to 2. Then again 3-7. So I show up today at 12:15 and there is a 40 minute wait. Seriously, hire another chiropractor. I feel like I'm wasting my money since this is the closest location to me. Forcing me to drive to other locations, really inconvenient. Never had this issue at other locations. They also just do the same adjustment every-time you go in, like one size fits all. I've also gotten more customized treatment at other Joint locations, so I'm not sure what's happening with this one. read more

My son had an appointment today at noon. Drove for 45 minutes to get there early only to find the office completely closed. We received no cancellation call, no email, text etc. They just decided they didn't want to work today and said screw our patients. Went in as a new patient for my lunch with an appointment at 11:30 and I waited for 30 minutes and did not get helped. They allowed 5 people to go before me, 3 of which checked in after I did. The most disappointing experience I've had in a while. I'll try it out again when I have more than an hour to throw away. 0 stars if I could. Called several times with questions, for several days, and no one answered. Would receive a text message after my call to text them for a quicker response, which I did, for several days with no response. Finally, I decided to make time out of my day to come in today right when they open at 10 AM. When I came in, not only did they not have a receptionist, but the Dr. Antony Rizkallah, D.C (filling in at the front reception desk) quickly stated that they are unable to onboard new patients without a receptionist (something they could have advised if they ever picked up their phones or replied via text). On top of that, I received a free trial where the email specifically states the trial would expire in 23 days (I received the email last week), however the Dr. quickly deflected stating the trial was for February only even though the email specifically states the trial expires in 23 days. I am not sure why this location is even open or how it generates new (or any) business. The doctor deferred me to the Rancho location, where of course they would not be able to honor the free trial because it is specifically for the Rialto Renaissance location. BAD BUSINESS! read more

Hello I recently went there in may of this year and actually I felt a difference but the MAIN REASON I fell a victim and found out when I signed up they had a promotion I paid almost $100 with my debit card. I did what they told me to do. How many times is stopping which is fine. I just found out that they've been charging me every month $89 they keep your credit card on file I had no idea, so be aware of using your debit card so now the hassle starts I have to get a hold of my Bank. I thought it was one month of $89. It's actually 2 months and put a claim against them just in case I don't get refunded of my money other than that great service for me just wanted people to be aware. Have a great day read more

Dr. Gentry is awesome. I have been dealing with tight hip flexors and it was affecting my workout routines. He not only adjusted me but gave me good advice on stretching and mobility exercises. After a few sessions, my body feels great. I have increased my range of motion and it increased my weight lifting capacity by 15 to 20 lbs. My husband and I came by last night to be adjusted and although the adjustment was just okay, I have been let down by the way the Joint constantly rotates the chiropractors serving the clients. I absolutely adored Dr. Gentry. So I was so disappointed when I was informed he is no longer practicing. I was legit sad. He was the only one that put me completely at ease with his expertise and gentle, effective adjustment. He would go above the generic adjustment that all the basic chiropractors do. I always felt so good after leaving not just with the adjustment with his compassion and how he really took his time to show he cared. When I lost my mother last December he spent extra time to console me, which I was very touched by. I have yet to find another practitioner that really tries to make the whole body feel better. He went the extra mile, working on the shoulders, hips and knees as well. When my husband told the chiropractor that took Dr. Gentrys place that his knee was bothering him, my husband was told "we don't have the time to get to the root of the problem, you would need to see your primary or physical therapist, we're not set up to fix knee problems ". So he didn't attempt to try to adjust that area. I'm not sure if he doesn't know how to perform the task but my husband was really put off by that. I'll be looking for a chiropractor office that will offer consistency in their practitioners with hopefully someone as skilled as Dr. Gentry. On a positive note...The receptionist was really sweet and bubbly. And the chiropractor was nice, I was just not happy with the adjustment and the write off on my husband's knee was not appreciated. read more

Dr Canova is AMAZING.... I have multiple issues that need addressing. Dr Canova listens and is does an amazing job wIth the adjustments. I felt some immediate relief after my first adjustment, have been back 4 more times, and seem to just get better aftr each appt. He's making progress with me , where my primary drs are just trying to mask my problems. I'm amazed Dr Canova remembers me each time bc of the high volume of patients seen in the grand opening. I also want to say, Ebony ,the receptionist, is always ready to answer questions politely and she's very friendly. I HIGHLY recommend this for ppl like me with chronic pain . Never Ever go here they tell u to sign up for a monthly thing and u can cancel any time before the second and third of the month but when u call they never answer the phone they swear they are soooooo busy I think they are just lazy af. Tried to cancel my monthly membership and they tell u that you can't because it's a 2 month thing u signed up for.
