Ive been to several different chiropractic offices and this place has been the least expensive but you get what you pay for. You just walk in and get cracked real quick and you're done. Each time I actually felt pain later in the day and following day as well from being cracked. I don't believe I'm being adjusted correctly and there's no rapport or relationship being built with the chiro here. read more

For context, I ve been to this place one time back in Dec 2024.. in June 2025, I received an email stating next adjustment for only 19$. I went to the shop, I signed in, and asked the front desk lady shawntelle if I would be able to use the email promotion and she said "no, it's for new customers only and since u have been here before you cannot use it" Me " ohh ok" I went to sit down, but there was such a long line that I decided to leave and call in later and make an appointment. A few hrs later I called and Shawtwlle answered the phone and this is how the conversation went I asked if I could make an appointment and again she said "if u have been here before, u can't, first Timers can" Me " ohh ok, btw believe I might have spoken to you earlier, I was there w a coupon and u said it was for new members only, correct?" Shawntelle- "right, i remember and yes, it's for new members only" Me- "if it's for new members only how-come the coupon says, "we miss u" cus I mean clearly that indicates I've been there before" Shawntell- well the promotion wasn't for this location. Me- "are you guys on 450 w Stuart st?" Shamwtelle- yes, but that coupon is not from us. Me- "ur telling me u guys are sending false advertising emails ??? Huh," then I hung up.. Shawtell clearly needs some customer service training, stop being so passive aggressive and didn't even bother to read the email promotion. Anyway, I won't be coming back here, I'd rather pay a little extra but w better customer service and higher quality of work. Below is the picture of the the coupon read more

The Joint Chiropractic - This is a coupon offered y this location, when so tried to use it, it was denied - Chiropractors Near Me - Redlands, California

Only open during typical office hours during the week (10-5), longggg waits on the weekends if they bother to open at all. they had about 6 people waiting outside of their clinic for 20 minutes today (Sunday) with no signage stating they wouldn't be open. Not at all worth the price I cancelled my membership read more

It was my first time visiting the joint. The Dr took her time assisting me and really took into consideration all my neck and migraines. I originally went in for my TMJ to discover it has to do with my upper neck pain. read more

i always have a great experience when i come to the Redlands Arrowhead. They have a great team starting from check in to the minute i walk out. the Doctors are amazing. Dr. Elsissy always makes sure that you are feeling welcomed and comfortable And cares about how I feel. The same goes for Doctor Ghazal which makes me smile every time i see him. He is a pleasure to see and takes tome to explain things to me. The facility is always well maintained and looks like they are in the middle of some remodeling. Only thing is the parking lot is a bit small but arriving a little early and having a little patience parking spots open consistently read more

Well office staff is nice but Everytime I try to go there is a sign that says no Dr today, like why... I can see occasionally but at least once a week. Nope... I cancelled my membership because of this. How do you run a business and not have it staffed on your regular business hours... I don't recommend. read more

I have been a patient at locations all across the United States, and I see myself as a connoisseur of the Joint Chiropractic. I've seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. Came here since my last location I tried in CA didn't adjust me too well. Got seen by Dr. Carthron today (hope I spelled that right) and I am very impressed. She hit all the points I look for when I come here: -Actively listened to what was bothering me -Tailored the adjustment to be unique to me -Gave me reassurance and wisdom on how to continue my journey to better health. 10/10 would come to this location again. read more

Sadly this is my first time here and though since I have membership to another location I went in with hopes that I would have same type of treatment let alone a bit of compassion. But as I walked in I mentioned I suffer of my SI joints and they hurt pretty badly and my normal Joint doctor helps me and stretches them out. She immediately said, "Sorry NO we don't do that here. Maybe we can get movement into them with your adjustment." I left somewhat feeling halfway adjusted if that. read more

I tried calling multiple places near me and couldn't get a live person. I had such a pain in my neck and was desperate to find a chiropractor that would be able to see me after work. Dr. G was exceptionally helpful. I was greeted warmly by Chantal and was assessed quickly but throughly. The pain is diminished and I look forward to keeping the tension out of my shoulders and neck with a future visit. read more

If you're looking for a quick adjustment then this could be the place for you, as it's like a fast food for adjustments. Your not going to get the personalized care here that you would with a chiropractor with their own office. Also there is no privacy at all. The area where your treated is open with adjustment tables in a row so any medical history you need to discuss is wide open for other patients to hear. It seems that the notes from one Chiropractor to another isn't very well kept in the computer system. So you get what you pay for. I only use this company if I can't get in with my regular Chiropractor at her office. So if you get the bums rush in and out, don't complain as this is their business model. read more

Had a great experience here Everyone was very nice and helpful Tried the new patient treatment for 30 dollars Felt a lot of back relief after the treatment Will be returning read more

I went to this place after making an appointment. Was not told to bring any reports unless I had them. Went in and when this Golub guy saw me he asked if I had results of MRI or X-ray. I did not. However I have been using chiropractors for a long time & told him. He was not willing to treat me because of age & being a Diabetic. He was definitely not helpful and I wasted my time. His attitude left a lot to be desired. I definitely do NOT recommend him. read more

I've been here twice and had good experiences with both chiropractors. However, the place does not feel clean. The floors are dirty and littered with debris. All the chairs and surfaces are also dirty, dusty, or have bits of trash on them. The glass doors at the entryway appear to have never been cleaned. In between patients, there doesn't seem to be any sanitizing of the adjustment tables. The last time I was there I noticed how dirty it was yet the front desk guy just sat on his phone. I felt like he could have picked up a broom instead. I'm not sure I'll come back because of how yucky it feels inside. Though, again, the adjustments were fine. read more

The people were very nice and I feel like I can do what I have to do. I am no longer in pain at work thank God for these folks.

I noticed a lot of low reviews on here but wanted to try for myself, front desk was very friendly, DR Danny was very nice, very attentive, he could tell I was nervous so he guided me through each step. He explained everything thoroughly and he also let me know what to expect as far as pain afterwards. left feeling great ! read more

The chiropractor, Dr. Cartheron, was excellent. The treatment was effective. On the way out, the receptionist was extremely rude to my daughter. She saw her identification and responded, " wow! I can't believe you are that old!" It made her feel absolutely awful. Rudeness is never excusable! I hope the rude woman gets fired! read more

I've been going to the Joint for several years in both Oregon and California. I've probably visited 10-15 locations and this is my favorite. I love Chantel at the front desk, she's the reason I'm writing this review. Every time I go in she has such an authentic smile and is so friendly and welcoming. Both doctors are great and I walk out feeling so much better than when I walked in. read more

So happy with the service and the care! Was greeted by a super helpful receptionist who explained the whole procedure. Then saw the doctor who was amazing. She used her hands to adjust me and it was wonderful. Signed up for a monthly service. I'll be back every week. **needed to call for a duplicate receipt the next day and it was immediately emailed to me. Super impressed. read more

Today is not a holiday and there was no sign on the door that said they were closed today. I drove here from a city far away because it said they were specifically open on a Sunday because most chiropractors are not open on a Sunday very disappointed won't be coming back here again . Waste of my time and gas. I also called several times and nobody answered. read more

Clean and welcoming environment. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The Dr spent twenty minutes reviewing my chart and pain history. He recommended stretches and sent me an email with the links to view them. The only drawback is PARKING!! We had to park far away in the back. read more

The Joint Chiropractic - The lobby - Chiropractors Near Me - Redlands, California

Dr. Marsh Munro is by far the best chiropractor I've encountered in over 30yrs! I've been to multiple The Joint locations and, while the others met the need, they didn't exceed my body's need. I went to this location weekly for approximately two months and each time I left it was as though I had just woken up from the most relaxing night of sleep!!! All the tension removed. Dr. Munro listened to where my problems were and addressed them. He's kind, respectful, and has a powerful ability to manipulate the human body in a beneficial manner. I highly recommend this location and specifically Dr. Munro. I'm going to miss visiting, but my job relocated and it's a 75mi drive one way. read more

Very rude customer service. This was good for a while--we took it for what it's worth which was the equivalent to a drive thru, fast food version of chiropractic care. If you are looking for real chiropractic care this isn't it. read more

Very poor front desk was not the greatest when I walked in they looked at me like what do you want? Doctor was not in the least they could've told me is they had to reschedule me give me a courtesy call. read more

Yikes. Where do I even start on this one. I'm so disappointed. I injured myself doing something dumb and so not have chiropractic insurance. I heard the joint took walk ins so that was my first thought to go to...not that I could physically walk in well :) I walk in and am greeted by the front desk girl. She asks if I have ever been here and I say no. She tells me to have a seat while she puts paperwork together. Here is where it all goes haywire. The couches they have in a chiropractor office are terrible!!!!! Very low and squishy couches. I pretty much fall back into it as I have no back support. I make a joke to the front desk girl about the terrible couches for a chiropractic office. She just nods and says, "I know. Here is your paperwork." I literally can't get off the couch with my injury and the design so she finally realizes it and brings me the paperwork to fill out. Chiropractor comes out (I didn't catch his name) and calls me. But like I said earlier, I can't get off the couch. He has to come pull me off the furniture. He is nice enough and carries my purse, which I really appreciated. We get to the back where there are a few tables all set up in a big room (no private rooms). He sees I cannot walk and proceeds to do grueling tests. The tests included walking on toes, heels, standing up straight against a wall, pushing on my neck, bending. All of these tests put me through even more pain, but st the time I am thinking, "well I guess he really needs to centralize where the pain is." It hurts so bad I start to cry, and I can take pain! He finally says go ahead and lay face down on the table. I slowly attempt to do this. I say, "I honestly don't know if o can. It's going to take some time to get there." He replies, "I do not think we can help you here. We are a maintenance clinic. This is beyond manual manipulation." Whoa! You made me go through all of this to tell me you can't help me. I'm pretty sure by the first 3 minutes of looking and talking to me he could have told me that. He at least brings me a list of recommended doctors offices so I don't have to look through yelp or the yellow pages. On my way out he yells, "good luck!" Hahahahaha...thanks. It was almost a laughable moment because at that point I was so angry and in soooo much pain. Luckily, I found someone else in town that was much more sympathetic and really helped me out. (He was even able to manually manipulate me which the joint said they couldn't do). Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. It's worth the extra $10-20! read more

After my comment you asked for me to reach out... I already did I was met with rude remarks and defensiveness. How bout a refund for services never rendered? ! I would never come back and head anyone coming to this place. FYI there was a lot of back and forth both on the phone and by email. The only resolution offered was for me to re-read the "contract" how about a refund... ! ?! Either way would not recommend this place seems to business-y and a place like this should be more therapeutic. read more

These doctors are amazing! They fixed my back, neck, hips, and even my sprained ankle. I've never waited more than 25 minutes without making an appointment. The new office is gorgeous and you can't beat the prices! read more

After going several times and not seeing any benefit I decided to call to cancel my membership. The lady on the phone asked me what my phone number was and then put me on hold. After waiting on hold for almost 15 minutes I hung up and tried calling again. They didn't pick up. I've tried calling several times now and they won't pick up for me. This is very shady which isn't all to different from what D.D. Palmer (the founder of chiropractics) was doing when he started this nonsense. Seriously, look up D. D. Palmer and the orgins of chiropractic "medicine" and you'll be amazed at what a scam it is. If you still feel like seeing a chiropractor, definitely don't go here. read more

I'm headed back now! My first visit was excellent. Extremely kind and knowledgeable. I felt so much better when I left. My first adjustment gave me back range of movement in my neck and back. And the price can't be beat!! read more

This place used to be amazing with great staff and chiropractors. Recently, since the change of ownership it has been horrible!!! The receptionist is too busy being distracted with other stuff to check patients in and is quick to offer rudeness. The new chiropractor Dr. So Han hasn't been able to adjust me or crack my back properly in the last three times I have been seen by him. I used to be able to be in and out in 5-10 minutes now just plan on it being a 20-30 minute visit. I'm sad to say I might be finding a different location or a different chiropractic service all together!! read more

I was able to be seen quickly with no waiting room time. The doctor listened to what I had to say about my pain and stiffness and tailored my treatment based on that. Also, I really liked how he focused on getting me comfortable with one treatment rather than trying to sell me multiple treatments. Pricing is fair, the clinic is clean and well lit. Also his office manager is extremely professional. read more

I've been seeing a chiropractor regularly for 34 years and have lived all over the world, so I am comfortable saying I speak from the voice of experience. I have been going to The Joint in Redlands, who was recommended by my Chiro in Virginia, since moving here in 2016. With the exception of one chiropractor and one adjustment by that chiro, I've always had a Great adjustment and a pleasant all around experience! I am so thankful to even have the option to see a chiropractor during the COVID!! I also like they're open seven days a week, which is unusual for a practice and also very convenient for me when I'm pain and need of an adjustment. Today I was adjusted by Dr. Walker for the first time and she was fabulous!! She listened to what I had to say about my body and knew exactly what to do. Amazing! Thank you!! I'd highly recommend them to anyone in need of chiropractic care. Please do your research and look at the positive impact this natural approach to health care can have on your entire body and soul. read more

Good customer service and the doctor is great.I like coming on Saturday's. I always feel good after an adjustment!

I don't usually write reviews. But after visiting here I had to. I loved the customer service. They seem to take pride in what they do. Such a family environment here. I know my parents feel at home and are safe here. read more

There have been some Dr's here that have been less than desireable and the morning receptionist needs more coffee or something but this review is not about them. I have been a Joint member for 2 years and have see about 12 of their Dr's at various locations in that time. None are as amazing as Dr. John. He tailors your adjustment to you, where every other Joint Dr I have seen gives the exact same routine to each patient. He uses acupressure as well as regular adjustments which leaves me feeling 10 times better than when I walked in. Unfortunately he is only there on Wednesday and Saturday but I am willing to drive the 15 miles out of my way to go and see him. I would also like to note...All of the other reviews are from 2016 or before, things change my friends. read more

Dr. Monroe and Dr. Roe are incredible, knowledgeable professionals. I didn't believe in the healing qualities of chiropractic adjustment until I came here. This weekly addition to schedule is something I look forward to because it offers me relief from aches and strains. They provide relief and comfort on a regular basis at a reasonable price. My husband and I dearly appreciate that they genuinely care about our health and make recommendations for practices that we can integrate at home. I highly recommend coming in and getting an evaluation, regardless of whether or not you are in pain. It's worth enhancing the longevity of your spine for life. read more

Great place! Helped relieve my lower back pain, friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend!

It was a convenient, and safe experience @thejointchiropractic. They saw me on my lunch break with no appointment. The office was clean and spacious. I have been coming here for a long time and I have seen a lot of different chiropractors come through this place and none of them are as good as Dr.Walker. I feel super at ease when she is cracking my neck. She has great energy and she is supper good at her job. I would recommend you see her if you can because her hands are literal magic! So excited she's here permanently. She filled in once in October and she has been the only chiropractor to get rid of a migraine while I have it. She is AMAZING! read more
