Ive been to several different chiropractic offices and this place has been the least expensive but you get what you pay for. You just walk in and get cracked real quick and you're done. Each time I actually felt pain later in the day and following day as well from being cracked. I don't believe I'm being adjusted correctly and there's no rapport or relationship being built with the chiro here. read more

For context, I ve been to this place one time back in Dec 2024.. in June 2025, I received an email stating next adjustment for only 19$. I went to the shop, I signed in, and asked the front desk lady shawntelle if I would be able to use the email promotion and she said "no, it's for new customers only and since u have been here before you cannot use it" Me " ohh ok" I went to sit down, but there was such a long line that I decided to leave and call in later and make an appointment. A few hrs later I called and Shawtwlle answered the phone and this is how the conversation went I asked if I could make an appointment and again she said "if u have been here before, u can't, first Timers can" Me " ohh ok, btw believe I might have spoken to you earlier, I was there w a coupon and u said it was for new members only, correct?" Shawntelle- "right, i remember and yes, it's for new members only" Me- "if it's for new members only how-come the coupon says, "we miss u" cus I mean clearly that indicates I've been there before" Shawntell- well the promotion wasn't for this location. Me- "are you guys on 450 w Stuart st?" Shamwtelle- yes, but that coupon is not from us. Me- "ur telling me u guys are sending false advertising emails ??? Huh," then I hung up.. Shawtell clearly needs some customer service training, stop being so passive aggressive and didn't even bother to read the email promotion. i always have a great experience when i come to the Redlands Arrowhead. They have a great team starting from check in to the minute i walk out. the Doctors are amazing. Dr. Elsissy always makes sure that you are feeling welcomed and comfortable And cares about how I feel. The same goes for Doctor Ghazal which makes me smile every time i see him. He is a pleasure to see and takes tome to explain things to me. The facility is always well maintained and looks like they are in the middle of some remodeling. I have been a patient at locations all across the United States, and I see myself as a connoisseur of the Joint Chiropractic. I've seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. Came here since my last location I tried in CA didn't adjust me too well. Got seen by Dr. Carthron today (hope I spelled that right) and I am very impressed. She hit all the points I look for when I come here: -Actively listened to what was bothering me -Tailored the adjustment to be unique to me -Gave me reassurance and wisdom on how to continue my journey to better health. 10/10 would come to this location again. read more

Sadly this is my first time here and though since I have membership to another location I went in with hopes that I would have same type of treatment let alone a bit of compassion. But as I walked in I mentioned I suffer of my SI joints and they hurt pretty badly and my normal Joint doctor helps me and stretches them out. She immediately said, "Sorry NO we don't do that here. If you're looking for a quick adjustment then this could be the place for you, as it's like a fast food for adjustments. Your not going to get the personalized care here that you would with a chiropractor with their own office. Also there is no privacy at all. The area where your treated is open with adjustment tables in a row so any medical history you need to discuss is wide open for other patients to hear. It seems that the notes from one Chiropractor to another isn't very well kept in the computer system. So you get what you pay for. I only use this company if I can't get in with my regular Chiropractor at her office. So if you get the bums rush in and out, don't complain as this is their business model. read more

I went to this place after making an appointment. Was not told to bring any reports unless I had them. Went in and when this Golub guy saw me he asked if I had results of MRI or X-ray. I did not. However I have been using chiropractors for a long time & told him. He was not willing to treat me because of age & being a Diabetic. He was definitely not helpful and I wasted my time. His attitude left a lot to be desired. I definitely do NOT recommend him. read more

I've been here twice and had good experiences with both chiropractors. However, the place does not feel clean. The floors are dirty and littered with debris. All the chairs and surfaces are also dirty, dusty, or have bits of trash on them. The glass doors at the entryway appear to have never been cleaned. In between patients, there doesn't seem to be any sanitizing of the adjustment tables. The last time I was there I noticed how dirty it was yet the front desk guy just sat on his phone. I felt like he could have picked up a broom instead. I'm not sure I'll come back because of how yucky it feels inside. Though, again, the adjustments were fine. read more

The chiropractor, Dr. Cartheron, was excellent. The treatment was effective. On the way out, the receptionist was extremely rude to my daughter. She saw her identification and responded, " wow! Clean and welcoming environment. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The Dr spent twenty minutes reviewing my chart and pain history. He recommended stretches and sent me an email with the links to view them. The only drawback is PARKING!! We had to park far away in the back. read more

Dr. Marsh Munro is by far the best chiropractor I've encountered in over 30yrs! I've been to multiple The Joint locations and, while the others met the need, they didn't exceed my body's need. I went to this location weekly for approximately two months and each time I left it was as though I had just woken up from the most relaxing night of sleep!!! All the tension removed. Dr. Munro listened to where my problems were and addressed them. He's kind, respectful, and has a powerful ability to manipulate the human body in a beneficial manner. I highly recommend this location and specifically Dr. Munro. I'm going to miss visiting, but my job relocated and it's a 75mi drive one way. read more

Yikes. Where do I even start on this one. I'm so disappointed. I injured myself doing something dumb and so not have chiropractic insurance. I heard the joint took walk ins so that was my first thought to go to...not that I could physically walk in well :) I walk in and am greeted by the front desk girl. She asks if I have ever been here and I say no. She tells me to have a seat while she puts paperwork together. Here is where it all goes haywire. The couches they have in a chiropractor office are terrible!!!!! Very low and squishy couches. I pretty much fall back into it as I have no back support. I make a joke to the front desk girl about the terrible couches for a chiropractic office. She just nods and says, "I know. Here is your paperwork." I literally can't get off the couch with my injury and the design so she finally realizes it and brings me the paperwork to fill out. Chiropractor comes out (I didn't catch his name) and calls me. But like I said earlier, I can't get off the couch. He has to come pull me off the furniture. He is nice enough and carries my purse, which I really appreciated. We get to the back where there are a few tables all set up in a big room (no private rooms). He sees I cannot walk and proceeds to do grueling tests. The tests included walking on toes, heels, standing up straight against a wall, pushing on my neck, bending. All of these tests put me through even more pain, but st the time I am thinking, "well I guess he really needs to centralize where the pain is." It hurts so bad I start to cry, and I can take pain! He finally says go ahead and lay face down on the table. I slowly attempt to do this. I say, "I honestly don't know if o can. It's going to take some time to get there." He replies, "I do not think we can help you here. We are a maintenance clinic. This is beyond manual manipulation." Whoa! You made me go through all of this to tell me you can't help me. I'm pretty sure by the first 3 minutes of looking and talking to me he could have told me that. He at least brings me a list of recommended doctors offices so I don't have to look through yelp or the yellow pages. On my way out he yells, "good luck!" Hahahahaha...thanks. It was almost a laughable moment because at that point I was so angry and in soooo much pain. Luckily, I found someone else in town that was much more sympathetic and really helped me out. (He was even able to manually manipulate me which the joint said they couldn't do). Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. It's worth the extra $10-20! read more

After going several times and not seeing any benefit I decided to call to cancel my membership. The lady on the phone asked me what my phone number was and then put me on hold. After waiting on hold for almost 15 minutes I hung up and tried calling again. They didn't pick up. I've tried calling several times now and they won't pick up for me. This is very shady which isn't all to different from what D.D. Palmer (the founder of chiropractics) was doing when he started this nonsense. Seriously, look up D. D. This place used to be amazing with great staff and chiropractors. Recently, since the change of ownership it has been horrible!!! The receptionist is too busy being distracted with other stuff to check patients in and is quick to offer rudeness. The new chiropractor Dr. So Han hasn't been able to adjust me or crack my back properly in the last three times I have been seen by him. I used to be able to be in and out in 5-10 minutes now just plan on it being a 20-30 minute visit. I'm sad to say I might be finding a different location or a different chiropractic service all together!! read more

I've been seeing a chiropractor regularly for 34 years and have lived all over the world, so I am comfortable saying I speak from the voice of experience. I have been going to The Joint in Redlands, who was recommended by my Chiro in Virginia, since moving here in 2016. With the exception of one chiropractor and one adjustment by that chiro, I've always had a Great adjustment and a pleasant all around experience! I am so thankful to even have the option to see a chiropractor during the COVID!! I also like they're open seven days a week, which is unusual for a practice and also very convenient for me when I'm pain and need of an adjustment. Today I was adjusted by Dr. Walker for the first time and she was fabulous!! She listened to what I had to say about my body and knew exactly what to do. Amazing! Thank you!! I'd highly recommend them to anyone in need of chiropractic care. There have been some Dr's here that have been less than desireable and the morning receptionist needs more coffee or something but this review is not about them. I have been a Joint member for 2 years and have see about 12 of their Dr's at various locations in that time. None are as amazing as Dr. John. He tailors your adjustment to you, where every other Joint Dr I have seen gives the exact same routine to each patient. He uses acupressure as well as regular adjustments which leaves me feeling 10 times better than when I walked in. Unfortunately he is only there on Wednesday and Saturday but I am willing to drive the 15 miles out of my way to go and see him. I would also like to note...All of the other reviews are from 2016 or before, things change my friends. read more

I have been coming here for a long time and I have seen a lot of different chiropractors come through this place and none of them are as good as Dr.Walker. I feel super at ease when she is cracking my neck. She has great energy and she is supper good at her job. I would recommend you see her if you can because her hands are literal magic!
