Based on those assurances, I proceeded with care. Over time, it became clear that my condition was not well understood. Treatment recommendations were repeatedly inappropriate for my limitations, and weeks into care Dr. Durham acknowledged that she would need to research how to treat my condition. Reasonable accommodations required under the ADA were not consistently provided, despite repeated disclosure and requests, and concerns about communication and safety were minimized rather than addressed. I later submitted a formal written complaint outlining these issues and never received a response from the practice. I do want to note that the front desk staff were consistently kind and professional. Unfortunately, my overall experience was deeply disappointing, and I hope this feedback leads to improved ADA compliance and patient care.

I told her my pads were no longer on and she told me she could see that they were so I sat on the table for 10 minutes with half of the treatment.... Ashley on the other hand is AMAZING! I have to bring my kid with me most times and she does a great job not only making sure that my treatment is correct and ensuring I am getting relief but also makes sure that while I am getting treatment, my son is occupied. The girls at the front desk make it sound like a scam, not answering your questions, redirecting the conversation with another questions or imediately trying to book you for an appointment. Sounded very scripted, like a cheep telemarketing firm. Very off putting... Maybe the chiropractor is good, I dont know... Every industry has the ability to be up-front and transparent about pricing. This office was the exact opposite, which simply comes off as a scam in my view.
