While you can book online, you can't cancel - it instructs you to call. When I called today the person I talked to just said ok and cancelled it. I then see a 50% charge on my card on file. While I understand the need to have a cancellation policy, I was not informed of this when I called to cancel. When I called to ask about it and to see if perhaps I could get even a partial refund if I rebooked and the answer was "I don't have any way to do that". Very uncustomer friendly for a repeat client and I'm bummed because I really enjoyed going there.

It's honesty kind of relaxing which I'm sure is the point right!! There are several small rooms inside to be seen by a chiropractor or massage therapist. Fairly boilerplate but I enjoyed the size of the room as it was small but ample size. This made it easy for me to relax. I had always heard great things about Dr. Mike and I was happy to find out their new location is very convenient for me, on 55th & Lewis. Diane, at the front desk, always greeted me with a smile (even though we were wearing masks, I could tell she was smiling) and was super helpful accommodating my Credit Care payments. Dr. Mike took the time not only to do a full assessment and recommend the appropriate treatment, but also demonstrating exercises that would alleviate my specific pain/problem areas at home. He was so helpful, I started writing the exercises down so I wouldn't forget them. One time when my pain was particularly acute, he suggested acupuncture and fascial blading.
