Been to many chiropractors in the last 40+ years. The Joint in Midland Texas is the absolute WORST! Went in because my knee was bothering me and the young female Dr ,without warning, YANKED on my knee! It swelled up and I couldn't walk on it for a week! Most of these Dr's are fresh out of school! You're paying for young Dr's to "practice" on You! I then tried to cancel my monthly charge they said I was already charged for the next month and that they needed to go online and sign a form, which I never did do! So I then tried to use my visits that they charged me for, I went in and got adjusted, and when I went to leave, they said I owed $55 dollars for the visit, saying I canceled! But I was charged for the month! Nothing but a scam! I highly doubt NOT recommended The Joint in Midland, Tx! read more

I go to the joint back home but since I am working out here in midland for awhile I was happy to see they had a joint here. This one is always busy but never have to wait long. They usually have 2-3 chiropractors there so very efficient. I usually go tan a few doors down then get adjusted or vice versa. read more

I go to the joint in midland and Odessa while I'm working here in wtx. I'm from Oklahoma so I started going there in my home town. I've never really had an issue until today. They had some super old chiropractor in there that spent maybe all of two minutes (and that's stretching it) I told him I needed a full adjustment. He wasn't strong enough to even adjust my neck. He could barely even walk standing up. He said he was only stretching my back and it felt like my 5 year old daughter pushing on my back. He should've retired 40 years ago. So no adjustments for me today after a 2 hour round trip from Monahans. read more

This is a pop in, lay on a table with other people in the room, and pop out. I was kind of grossed out by this place for reasons I won't name due to it involving customers. The chiro was nice but asked "do you want anything else?" After only realigning my hips. I was hoping for the chiro to check all areas as normal chiros do. I feel as though this is a very cheap and potentially dangerous place to trust with your spine. The front desk girls have to give the same shpill to everyone who comes in - they were literally reading from a cue sheet . read more

DO NOT BUY THE MEMBERSHIP at this center!!!!! Do not get aligned by David Torres (Manager)...... go to anyone else in Midland except him. I am a scientist and I know and teach graduate students how human anatomy and physiology work. He isn't an experienced chiropractor. When I got aligned by him, I was in a lot of pain after the session, but, he said that it will go away soon as it's just soreness from the alignment. It didn't go away at all and I have new pains in the joints that I had no problem when I first went there. He said he was just going to align those joints and now I have ended up with new problems. I believed him and bought the membership which I didn't even use because I ended up having so much more pain and pain in new areas where he worked on me. I called them the next day to cancel the membership and refund and they refused. In fact, the manager doesn't have simple courtesy to return the phone calls. I requested him to give me the script for an X- ray to see what's going on. He kept refusing because he probably knew that I would see that I didnt really need extra treatments that he was asking me to pay for. Stay away from this center as they just fool you into extra treatments that you don't really need. read more

I went in and had a coupon for special new patient pricing. I gave it the receptionist and told her that is what I wanted to do. She said ok and gave me a packet of papers to fill out. After completing them and waiting about 40 minutes, she came to tell me it was my turn however they would not be honoring the coupon because they almost never give them out. If that was the case why not tell me that when I handed it to you when I walked in. Why wait until my time to be seen? It really just seems like a scam to get people in the door and then charge them more once they've waited and already signed everything. read more

this place sucks...save your money! the two good Doctors quit...they have an old guy that's too weak to adjust the right way. He forced my face into his smelly armpit to adjust my neck! Very unprofessional. I asked to be adjusted the way the other DR did,,he said he was to old to do it that way. he is a joke and I hurt worse now than when I went in. I had an appointment at 1pm. Apparently they booked three other new patients at the same time. I walked out at 01:41. Exactly 50 min after i had arrived. After asking the girl at the front desk is she knew how much longer it would be. She told me they were going to finish on two of the new patients and the two walk ins and THEN I was next. From the looks of it there isn't any privacy back there anyway. They treat all the patients in one large room merely feet from each other. read more

The Joint was a lifesaver for me! I went to them at 7 months pregnant with a lot of back pain. I had called several other chiropractors in town but they were all several days to weeks out to make an appointment. I found The Joint online and it said they took walk ins. Sure enough, I walked in and was having my back adjusted within 15 minutes. They set me up with a monthly plan and I got through the rest of my pregnancy moving much better. read more
