Avoid this place at all costs. They claim to run on appointments, but they severely overbook to the point where patients are waiting over an hour past their scheduled time. There is absolutely no respect for people's time, and no effort to communicate delays. The front desk staff are rude, dismissive, and act like you're inconveniencing them by simply asking what's going on. There is zero customer service here -- no apology, no accountability, just attitude. Not to mention, I highly suspect the majority of these "patients" are not here legally. This is not a legitimate place of practice. Take precaution and know that your tax dollars are subsidizing these people.
