If you are a new patient here they will get you in and out in no time. But the second you come back…read moreas a returning patient you no longer receive the same kind of treatment. Avoid this place at all costs. They claim to run on appointments, but they severely overbook to the point where patients are waiting over an hour past their scheduled time. There is absolutely no respect for people's time, and no effort to communicate delays. The front desk staff are rude, dismissive, and act like you're inconveniencing them by simply asking what's going on. There is zero customer service here -- no apology, no accountability, just attitude. Not to mention, I highly suspect the majority of these "patients" are not here legally. This is not a legitimate place of practice. Take precaution and know that your tax dollars are subsidizing these people.

The massage therapist at The Art of Massage has expert hands and knowledge, and also communicated back to me so that I could in turn also communicate the issues to my doctors. This gave me the confidence to describe the pain areas to my doctors and narrow down my diagnosis! Even though my treatment plan is long-term and I still have a ways to go, my recent flare-up has subsided; I no longer feel the suffocating discomfort I was feeling, particularly in the neck and shoulder areas, which is a huge improvement. I recommend The Art of Massage because not only will the massage therapist listen to your needs and problems, but they will also make you feel optimistic and hopeful, and gave you other health-conscious recommendations for a holistic approach to treatment.
