The front desk staff are rude, dismissive, and act like you're inconveniencing them by simply asking what's going on. There is zero customer service here -- no apology, no accountability, just attitude. Not to mention, I highly suspect the majority of these "patients" are not here legally. This is not a legitimate place of practice. Take precaution and know that your tax dollars are subsidizing these people.
