The office staff are very welcoming and efficient. They greet everyone in a way that I felt very welcomed. Once you are an established patient (go one time) you can go in anytime during the doctor's hours and get an adjustment without an appointment. I honestly was a bit skeptical about that and thought it would take a long time and that there would be a lobby full of people who popped in, but I have not had to wait more than 10 minutes.
