Their appointment timeslots are every twenty minutes beginning at 6:00 AM with the last appointment at 4:40 PM. The interior is clean and the entire process is fairly touchless, except for touching your palm on some type of palm reading device. You enter at the northeast corner of the building under a green awning that shares a space with a hospital affiliated fitness center and has a lovely pond with a fountain that people are always walking around for exercise. I've never had to wait very long once I'm checked in. I've noticed the 6:00 AM timeslot is the fastest one in terms of getting in and out efficiently.
