He tried a conservative…read moreapproach at first over the course of a few months, recommending cortisone and then strengthening exercises. Ultimately, after the pain continued and an MRI, we agreed on surgery. Doctor Cantrell often has other doctors shadowing him, so he clearly has a commitment to educating others. The surgery went smoothly, and while I was in recovery, Doctor Cantrell made sure to meet with my husband in the waiting room to tell him that everything had gone smoothly and ask if he had any questions. During my appointments, he always asked if I had any questions, which made me feel like my thoughts mattered, and not common with all doctors. I am less than 2 weeks out of surgery and, despite still having some pain, I am very pleased with the speed of my recovery, which I attest to Doctor Cantrell's surgical skills. I highly recommend him.

No one ever offered an explanation as to why he was late. I ended up being in the surgery prep area for 2 hrs before I was taken back to the OR. He was very boring, very dull personality... Didn't seem like he cared about me, very dull & short with my surgery escorts(family). He needs to learn to smile, laugh. Not sure why it's so hard to be sweet & caring to his patients like other docs are.

Almost caused ne to lose my job because they would not get paperwork in by deadline. Dr does not have the backbone needed to hold his staff accountable. He says my expectations are too high for his staff and I should get another Doctor. Now , I cannot even get my records pulled to transfer to another Dr. I cannot recommend TOC for anything. I would look elsewhere to get properly served.

Implant is wrong g size, bone cement leaking, a small fracture in tibia, implant placed crooked, she didn't remove 2 screws. Now, I have to have it all removed, and start over. Bryant has terrible reviews in Fayetteville. One patient has filed a medical malpractice suit. Sadly for me, I can't testify because mine was done too long ago. This person ruined my quality of life for 2 yrs. PT for 4 months still can't bend it. Please do not let her touch your body. I regret it, but I didn't know . May God help me to forgive, because I'm so angry at her.
