After seeing Kimberly I rave about the Joint on her Instagram (DenverSheWrote!) and my sister urging me to try out a Chiropractor, I made an introductory appointment at a location near me for a consult, exam and adjustment. Let me just say, it did NOT disappoint! Here's why: ++ Newly added to the Lone Tree Common's, this location is close to home, has ample parking and although small in size, it's plenty spacious, open and allows plenty of room for patients to sit, wait and get their pop on! ++ Outstanding staff! During our first visit, we were greeted by a friendly host at the front desk. She quickly checked us in for our appointments, took our paperwork and engaged in conversation. Having not a seen a chiropractor before, she made us feel right at ease! Our chiropractors were knowledgeable, allowed for us each to state where our pain was coming from before diving into our alignments! ++ Insane pops! Like woah! A million and one pops came from my hips, middle and lower back, upper back and neck! Both doctors were able to get deep into the tissue and relieve so much pressure that we felt like wet noodles after the experience! YAS! ++ Terrific specials! The introductory offer I booked was just $29 each, which allowed for the perfect into to this type of service and how long we were there - about 20 minutes! Because the Joint doesn't take traditional insurance, prices are super affordable and offer packages (ranging in prices and number of visits) and a monthly membership for a mere $79. We opted for the latter and have been back a few times since! -- Only potential con is be prepared to be a bit sore after your first visit! So about a year and a half ago, I, a single parent of toddler twins with no help from family, have debilitating back pain. I go to The Joint in Lone Tree. I have Kaiser. The boys pediatrician, multiple other doctors within Kaiser tell me, warn me, softly threaten and try to make me feel as bad as possible so that I keep the kids out of daycare, don't go to any playgrounds, try to stay inside and away from other people since the beginning of the pandemic. Fine, I don't have any reason to argue. That seemed like common sense anyway. I'd love it if my children survived and at that poont, I didn't need to work. I find a babysitter though, make sure she's being socially responsible, just havebher come over so I can go to the chiropractor regularly and won't have to bring the boys out. I find that this sitter is picking one of the 2.5 yr olds up by his hair and forcing food on a spoon down his throat. How, do you ask? Oh well she's did both in front of me as if it was nothing. I was told by someone younger who had witnessed it that yes, she did this many times. Cool, coooool cool! So, obviously I can't trust anymore with my chikdren and I just have to stay home and deal. I call THE JOINT CHIROPRACTOR IN LONE TREE to cancel my $80 a month membership. I was told ok. Have a nice day. Feel better. For the next FOUR months they continue to charge me EVERY MONTH. Having a lot going on, in pain I finally see that I'm charged, have been charged so I call THE JOINT CHIROPRACTOR IN LONE TREE back and say hey, what happened? I spoke to you on the phone 4 months ago. Oh, okay, I'll send you our form to cancel. She says make sure you sign this so you don't get charged again. OKAY?!? After I sign their cancelation form they next tell me that sorry since you called we cannot refund nor can we allow you to make up any sessions. ...in the middle of the pandemic, not working, being screwed left and right. I am a single parent. This is not right. I reported them to the BBB and guess what, it meant nothing to them, they ignored it and went about their life. This is disgusting behavior and I just get to deal with it. I want THE JOINT CHIROPRACTIC IN LONE TREE to understand that I'm going to tell this story to as many people as I can and I'm not going to stop until they decide to be human being and return $320. Since my children are now in daycare, I guess I have the day free to sit outside their office and let everyone know who comes in and out!? Avoid these scam artists. read more

So here I sit at 4 AM in the morning after receiving an adjustment at this location that basically did nothing. My neck and upper back are still very tight. This is the fifth Joint I have visited between Lakewood, Denver, Centennial, and Parker. I can certifiably say my opinion is these Joint chiropractors are below average to barely average. Not one has introduced him or herself to me, and their adjustments have ranged from 'barely there' too minimally effective to somewhat effective, just depending upon the individual's strength and technique and willingness to actually adjust you. Today, as with many locations, they tried to sell me a package and then they tried to sell me a set of prepaids. I finally responded, 'I'm honestly just not impressed enough with the chiropractors to even purchase a package.' She continued to nod with her blank smile. Neither she nor the other person sitting at the desk, who said she works at various locations throughout the metro area, bothered to respond to that comment. So if you receive adjustments from this franchise and it helps you, God bless you and you're a lucky son of a gun, but at the end of the day, you'd probably be best served by finding a chiropractor at a private practice who is actually effective, with some level of personality and a much higher degree of individual care. read more

So I tried this place out this week hoping for some relief from chronic headaches and migraines. The adjustment room is behind a half wall with all the walk-in traffic lining up against the wall. Seemed very cattle-esk. Dr Dan was in and spoke to me like I was 12. Seemed very condescending, not everyone can afford chiropractic help if their insurance doesn't cover it. I also don't need you to dumb things down. The entire appointment was just 5 minutes and he only did four adjustments. Such a waste of money. They try to sell you on their packages, but why would I pay $70 a month for this? read more

The main doc there is super friendly. Love his technique. Always a good crack. One of the best locations in the Denver metro area.

Dr Chiefa is the best! I had been struggling with a rotated pelvis for a few weeks (yes, you can do too much yoga) and after 1 session I was so much better, 2nd session I felt "normal". The doctors are great - but the front desk is horrible. They give you false information and then blame it on you by throwing the word policy at you - at one point Sheila threaten to hang up on me. First time I've seeked out chiropractic care (in almost 50 years) and it has been wonderful. I walked in with lower back pain and now I'm feeling much better in almost two months of care. They are always personable and care about what is going on with you, not only your back but what you have going on in your life. I live in Parker and there are a few locations a bit closer to me, but I will happily make a bit longer drive to come to this location. They keep the line moving fast most of the time, the secretaries are very nice and always have a smile on, and the chiropractors here are some of the best I've encountered at The Joint. If you need affordable chiropractic care, I highly recommend signing up for their membership program here and coming in at minimum once a week, and you'll feel much better! Dr that's there M W R F Sun is awesome. I just had one of the best "the joint" adjustments to date to buffer my developing migraine. I love The Joint. You have to find docs you like and learn what days they work but it's so affordable and so convenient to be able to walk in all over the city or country when you're in need of an adjustment that I'm hooked. Gal stopped in and while she said the service was ok someone got their wires crossed or signed us up for a subscription. Noticed the charge and called in. Was assured that it would be removed and not continue. Figured all was fine. Look at next month's bill and it's there againnand never credited back previous month. Again call, told it would be fixed. I said I've been told this before, let me speak to manager. He's not in/busy but will call you. Never did call us, never did stopbthe recurring bills. Had to charge bsck multiple charges over several months. Company would not respond to credit card company's requests either. What a scam. If you are going to sell your service, do it with value and good customer service, not sneaky recurring fees and ZERO communication or customer service. read more

Severe low back pain with a disc bulge and I have seen many chiropractors. Finally i met Larry - He spent almost 15 mins with me on first visit and listened patiently to what was my problem. He also saw reports on computer and explained in detail. Adjustment he did on me was just magical. I was not able to walk and he did something that made me feel really comfortable and was able to start my routine work. He is simply the best - always polite, kind, professional and above all takes time to know what the issue is. Front staff - Maggie is the most friendly person - She's very kind and makes you feel welcome. If you have any kind of pain - go to this location and ask for Larry - I saw many chiropractors before him where all they wanted was buy services without fixing anything. I really wanted to like this business. I was a walk-in and was happy to know that I could get an adjustment without an appointment. I have used chiropractic services in years past so I had a pretty good idea what I needed. Signage on the door intimated this was an ongoing subscription/membership plan business, new to me with chiropractic practices. I had a satisfactory initial adjustment and then I was to go to the receptionist and discuss plans. I wanted to try this out for a month and then regroup to see if I wanted to continue. You sign a lot of legalese. A lot. The paperwork included details on cancellation of a monthly plan that includes a 30 day notice of cancellation. So I paid for a month, and then told the gal (wish I could remember her name) that the cancellation verbiage means I needed to provide the 30 days notice right away. Threw her for a loop. Red flags. After I left, I received two phone calls that boiled down to a strange explanation of their policy, not specified in their cancellation legalese for which I had my copy. Although there is no written specification anywhere that the minimum monthly enrollment is 2 months, that is effectively what their convoluted cancellation policy is, so buyer beware! You are only allowed to cancel AFTER your first thirty days. It was clear they didn't want to permit a one month enrollment. I was then refunded the monthly fee I had paid and charged $19 for a single visit. Too bad, really. And their loss. I tend to be a loyal customer, but cautious with new businesses and long term membership plans. read more

I went in as a walk-in and got my papers to fill out. After I had sat down I realized that I was shivering. It was so cold my nose started running. So I went outside to finish the paper work. It was 64 degrees outside and it was still warmer than in the office. When I asked why it was so cold the receptionist told me "it's too hot for when they workout ." When I asked which workout she was referring to. She said "the workout the doctors get from adjusting backs." So in short I took this to mean that they did not care for how comfortable their customers were as long as they are comfortable. I did not stay to see if they were any good. If they did not care to keep their customers comfortable in the waiting room I did not want to wait and see what was in store for me in their chair. read more

Arrived, filled out papers and waited awhile just to be told I wouldn't be able to be seen. Really upset! That's why I called! Waste of my time.
