I started see Dr Haynes 8 weeks ago. I had both R & L sciatica pinched and I had numb toes on both feet. Dr Haynes has been blessed with healing hands! I was excited to tell him today that all of my toes had full feeling again. All the Dr's are amazing there! They are attentive, and don't rush your adjustment. The staff was extremely friendly until I refused to purchase a package. I came in with sciatic nerve pain and my hips are out of place due to scoliosis. I was in town and unable to get back home to my regular doctor so stopped in for an adjustment. There was zero attention to adjusting my hips and realigning my pelvis to address the sciatic pain. After the adjustment, he asked if that helped any and I replied with an honest no and thanked him for trying. His response was simply "oh" instead of asking further questions. I went to pay and was asked again to purchase a plan. Once I refused, the receptionist made a snide comment about me coming in for an adjustment but refusing to switch to them as a provider from my current chiropractor. She failed to give a total and told me she would just email the receipt and dismissed me. Never again would I go to this facility for any reason. On a side note, not all locations are like this. Family members go to a location in TN, without purchasing a plan, and get good, friendly, quality service with every visit. Don't judge all locations based on this one alone. read more

it was good wasn't impressed with the first gal she didn't like my language she didn't listen didn't do a full adjustment like the add says says i need to come in three days a week she couldn't even get my lower back to adjust did a good job on neck i guess second vist got a different lady older she did my neck and my lower back even did my hands she was better felt better went back a third time what ever the gal did she un adjusted me from the second time..... im thinking if the first gal would have done the whole body like the guy i saw in reno nv i would have to come back 3 days a weeks i guess u don't make money doing the job correctly the first time maybe i'm just jaded sense i have really good chiropractors in the past did my first two adjustments make me feel better yes it is a good price will i go back maybe read more

This place is an absolute joke. The lady takes me back only to tell me I have to sign up for a plan and single visits are not an option even though their sign claims so. She was rude and talked down to me the whole time. I've been to other Joint locations that were great, it sucks that this lady ruined them for me as I will never return to one. read more

This place is terrible I have been going here for a few years now I usually see a man named Dr. Haynes he is amazing very respectful and professional, but the past couple times I have had to see a woman named Dr. Clarke. I have never felt more disrespected she makes me feel embarrassed and nasty and gross because I am a bigger woman she acts like she doesn't even want to touch me. She is always scowling she acts like she is better than everyone else. She was extremely rude to the little quiet sweet blonde at the front desk. If this matter is not addressed I see this clinic being shut down very quickly.
