I see Dr. Lane at the Evans location, and I couldn't be more grateful for him. We've moved around a lot (Navy family), so I've seen a few chiropractors for my back issues. I have scoliosis and I have lower back pain. But Dr. Lane has been *by far* the best. He's incredibly thorough! The first time I saw him about a year or so ago, I couldn't walk upright! But he fixed me up by the end of our visit. Within a couple of visits, I was back to normal! I recently hurt my back, so I've been seeing him this month. Again, he's the best. Hey, for a service that was never rendered asked for a refund because the VA had set up my chiropractor services and they just blew me off like they don't owe me money back once again. Services was never rendered initially did the 1999 online initial consultation and adjustment disputed it through my card will not be going back. What a way to take care of a veteran. read more

Every location is different with different set of doctors. I highly recommend this location for the Augusta area, I even drive 30 minutes to see Dr. Bowler. (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!) Tip: Take a picture of the calendar to know which doctor you prefer to see. Tip 2: If you are a new patient. I would recommend coming in the morning, since there are usually only one doctor on-staff and the first visit can take up to an hour. Tip: If you are new to chiropracticing. The practice is like Chinese medicine. The doctor should tell you where you have a subluxation. YOU SHOULD NOT have to tell the doctor what pain or troubles you are having. (FYI: Chinese doctors read your tongue to let you know what problems you are having vs. US doctors ask for what the symptoms are) read more

This was my first ever visit with a chiropractor and I had an amazing experience. It was incredibly easy to schedule an appointment. The receptionist was so polite and helpful and the chiropractor was very experienced and really listened to what I had to say about the issues I was having. I have had neck and hip pain for years and he informed me one of my legs was shorter than the other and that my neck was out of alignment. Worst experience ever!! I had a 2:00 appointment as a new client at the Evans Ga location. I was there at 1:55, checked in and completed all of the online paperwork. By 2:35, 6 to 8 people that can in AFTER me, were taken back by the doctor and had left. I went to the desk and asked why all of the people that came after me had been seen before me. Trish said that they were existing patients therefore they could be seen much quicker. My response was... so if existing patients keep coming in, I may never be seen? She assured me that she will make sure that I was seen next. Another gentleman came in and she told him that it would be about a 20 minute wait because there was a new client (me) ahead of him. He said "no problem " She then went back and told the doctor that I had been waiting since 2 and that the next client knew he would have a 20 minute wait. I am so thankful to have found Dr. Lane at the Evans location after ignoring my chiropractic care for over 5 years. Today my card was ran for services I don't receive. When I called to speak to someone about the situation, the receptionist who ran the card, continuously tried to avoid the situation and she continued to tell me she can't take my card off file! She needs to talk to a manager. When I asked for a manager she continued to say they won't be in till later this week. Totally rude and disrespectful and not the way a business should be ran. I was told to call back on Saturday and a manager would be there to speak about my situation. As I thought the manager would not be there again and the receptionist now can't find my name in the system. I asked for my name to be taken down and she refused and stated the manager will be there Wednesday. This is the worst establishment I have ever had interaction with in reference to a wrongful charge. read more

Wish I could give them a zero. Dr Bowler is awesome but the front desk lady Shiera is a lier and signed me up for some monthly plan with out telling me. She specifically told me that with the free ones she was giving me that would cover everything the doctor asked. She did not explain verbally the main points of contract. She did not ensure I understood.. She took advantage of me while I was in pain and in a hurry. When I asked about it she apologized like it was no big deal. Very rude. Horrible service. I did the two month special and told them I was done. It wasn't helping. They continued to charge me $59.00 a month for several months. All they said was it was in the contract that I needed to go in and cancel in person and fill out a form. I wonder why they didn't tell me that when I was in their the first time saying was done. Then I was denied a refund. So essentially they stole my money. They provided no service but they still charged me. Beware of this scam. read more

I just left The Joint in Evans without even being treated. I had my two preschoolers with me out of necessity, and Dr. Will was so impatient and unkind about them that I decided to walk out. No one else was in the office, so we weren't disrupting other patients, but we were obviously an inconvenience to Dr. Will. He said that I would not be able to be seen by a "regular" doctor if I had my children in tow, so it was silly of me to think that I could be seen with them at The Joint. I was referred to this location by a fellow mom who often goes in with several of her kids, so perhaps the doctors should get on the same page about their child policy. I will not be back. read more

First time to this location. Table was different or else used differently from the other Augusta location in that it had sections that could be raised and lowered which moved as your back was being adjusted. My neck felt better but my back has felt worse in the week since visiting. read more

My spouse initially joined because he was told the price was $59/month under the plan he was joining. He was NOT aware he was also being charged an additional $29 for the initial visit, even though he joined that same day. Upon seeing the two charges on our bank,he called and was told why they charged that. Since they require a 30 day cancellation (even though it takes far less than that to process), he is being charged another $59. In all, it has cost $150. As always, buyer BEWARE!! You can get individual single visits with qualified chiropractors in this area for $20 per visit without this headache!! read more
